“WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!! First of all we called to order take out & you can barely hear the guy taking your order and he lied to us and said they didn’t have garlic knots & they were added to our order and we paid for them without even knowing! When I walked in the door, there was 2 people waiting for their order by the door and I walked literally up to the counter and wasn’t even greeted right away. The two men working behind the counter couldn’t even say a quick hello or I’ll be right with you. That was unprofessional and rude! I asked for an extra marinara and they totally freaked out on me and wouldn’t give me another one unless I paid for it. I just paid $70 for a pizza, calzone, garlic bread, and the surprise garlic knots. Usually pizza places will give you a marinara for each side. I got one! I walked out very disappointed. The food was not even that good either! The calzone was soggy on the bottom, and watery which is gross! The $30 Sicilian pizza barely had any cheese on it and when you take a bite, the cheese comes off with it! The bread was just ok. I do not suggest this place and will never be going back! Overpriced & rude staff! And I will add I never really leave reviews but this made me so mad I wanted others to know before trying and to save your money!”

“Cute little Italian deli near Indian Rocks. We had never been to this store, but wanted to check out the retail shop and deli. Retail had a nice variety and prices were fair. We ordered the Cubini and Calabrese subs. The sandwiches and service were fine. We got the wrong sub accidentally and the cashier was very helpful figuring out the situation. We are local, so definitely going to stop here when in need of good quality ingredients for Italian dishes. We would also return again to try other deli items.”

“A friend of mine had a taste for Japanese food so we dined here. It was nice that they have menus placed outside the restaurant. I ordered the steak yakimesi based on a previous review. The portions were pretty good for the price and it tasted delicious. I also had egg rolls (pork, I believe). My friend ordered the katsu and had a house salad. He was satisfied as well. The waitress was patient and very polite. It wasn't busy when we visited so that was a plus. I will have to try the shrimp egg rolls next time. I didn't notice they served takoyaki so I plan to try that as well. I would recommend dining here if you're in the area. Clean and affordable dining.”

“Update: We liked it so much that we went back Sunday, too! Got there at 10:30 am, definitely not as long a wait. Fresh bagel flavors came out while I was in line. Got the onion garlic breakfast sandwich with scallion cream cheese, cheddar, egg & added bacon. Wish they had regular sausage & not just vegan but no big deal, I like bacon. Wish there were more than 2 pieces of bacon so I could actually taste it, especially since it's $2 extra dollars & not included in the $7.50 breakfast sandwich price. It's still a good bagel sandwich, even for $10. The major difference today was the girl running the register. Saturday, the girl doing it was super friendly & a delight. Wish I could say the same for the girl working on Sunday. I read other reviews about rude service yesterday & was surprised, but then today I understood. We went for the first time today & loved it! It was Saturday morning, and we got there around 11am. There was definitely a line, so be ready to wait, but it was totally worth it. We got an everything bagel & a salt bagel both with jalapeño cream cheese. Best jalapeño cream cheese I've ever had & I've had a lot. Bagels were nice & chewy with the perfect amount of cream cheese. Service was fast, friendly & efficient. We will definitely be back!”

“This place is great. I am not from Buffalo. I have visited and feel in love with the beef on weck if you don't know what that is your missing out. I thought I would have to perfect my own. I had both Bill bar and the other over hyped place. Buffalo Charlie's is on point! The wings were perfect, the weck was off the chain! Staff was great. If you have not been here give it a shot they will not disappoint. It is small so don't take my seat.”
