“Ordered takeout from here last month and when I went inside to pick up my food, I knew I had to come back and dine in. When I visited for dine in, I got the full experience I thought I would have. We were greeted by the very friendly hosts, who we told we were about 30 minutes early to our reservation. We were okay to sit at the bar but the hostess was able to accomodate us and seat us right away. The ambience is very inviting and easy on the eyes and ears as the music was very good. Our waiter Carlos took care of us the entire night, making sure we had time to view the menu, explaining different parts of the menu and giving us suggestions when asked. He checked on us just enough and always had a smile on his face. Brad also made us feel welcomed in our dining experience. The bathrooms we’re clean and gorgeous. Now for the food: Everything I ate was spectacular. It came out nice and hot, main courses were timed perfectly with us finishing our appetizers, and the dessert was delicious as well. I will definitely be returning.”

“Oh my. This place was phenomenal. We started off with the forcaccia loaf, beef tartare, and mussels. The bread had a THIN crisp to it with a perfect soft interior. The beef tartare is my personal favorite. It's seasoned, cut, and presented in the most perfect way. The texture was not overly chewy or bland, nor was the fresh beef over flavored, basically incredibly well balanced. Mussels were plump, really well cleaned, and refreshing to the table. Next, the doppio ravioli was light and unique. It really tasted like a sunny fall day. The gnocchi was interesting. Good, but it's a bit underwhelming comparatively. The duck was a bit too chewy for my liking, and the star of the dish was the brussel sprouts. The pepperoni & sausage pizza has a perfect crust, and we loved the fennal sausage on it. Tartufi pizza, my second favorite. It had a gently sweet undernote to it and great umami flavor. Lastly, for desserts, we had the carmal apple bread pudding and ginger cake. The bread pudding had good texture, but the sweetness level would definitely suit a sweet tooth instead. The ginger cake, on the other hand, was perfectly semi sweet. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and service was pleasant. I would come back for the beef tartare on it's own!”

The server we had was very attentive and helpful. We ordered the pretzel bits as an app, and they had a nice crisp exterior and fluffy dough on the inside with a nice buttery sauce. Definitely recommend. The only reason I'm giving 4 versus 5 stats was that the pizza was oversaturated with oil, as you can see in the picture. This left the pizza dough floppy like a wet rag and only edible with a knife and fork. The flavor was on point, but I was very disappointed with the oil slick on the pizza. Seeing other pictures on reviews, it looks like ours was a one-off, and I'm willing to try them again in the future.”

“4 stars because I love the food but we placed an online order that said it would be ready at 1:43. We arrived at 1:40 and stood by the pickup sign. It was busy so I understand it not being ready by 1:43 but every single person that was in line ordering got their food before us. I finally got my order at 2:05 but that was after I had to ask about it. No one said anything to us from the time we walked in to the time we asked for an update. Typically when people have to wait somewhere people at least say “sorry for the wait” but all we got was a “here ya go”. I will be back because I love Chicken Salad Chick, but the customer service could definitely improve!”

A friend sent me a screenshot of their promotion from social media in which they give a free or buy one get one sub to people whose names have certain letters in them. Turns out it was the wrong day which was fine. However, you would think with three employees working there would be silverware and napkins stocks. Also the straw papers would all be picked up off the floor. The Young male associate appear to be training at least one of the female employees. They were young so possibly first jobs for them however I would think it was common sense to not stand there and eat where the customers can see you where the food is being prepared. My sandwich was supposed to have no mayonnaise. As you can see from the pictures it was drown in it. The service was friendly and fast.”
