“If I could give 6 start for Service, I would. Popped in just before 4pm and the entire team were welcoming and happy to assist. The indoor dining area is dark but this adds a nice charm to it. There's something about the atmosphere that makes you smile. All the staff are having a great time and it rubs off. The food though... Delicious! Absolutely thrilled I chose this place. The Ropa Vieja was flavoured perfectly and the portion size was almost too much, almost. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving some food and service from the heart.”

“Vito’s is a brilliant little deli on Washington Street. The food here is wonderful, including all the sandwiches. I usually have the Vito’s which is delicious. Please see photo attached. They have some of the best Mutz in New Jersey. The staff are very helpful and very funny. They always make me smile, especially the lady at the cash register, they have a great camaraderie. “Moved to JC from BK a few months ago. Honestly, the food in this area is just meh…I was grocery shopping next door and randomly stumbled across Our Hero. It’s kind of tucked in and hidden so it’s hard to spot. The smell of fresh bread was what made me stop in and I’m glad I did. Probably one of the best sandwich spots I’ve eaten in awhile. I ordered the Our Hero #10 and it was amazing. Place is cash only but you get so much value compared to the subway across the street. So glad I stumbled upon this place, I’ll definitely be a regular.”

Highly recommend anything on the menu from the traditional gyro on a pita, Greek fries, platters, soups, salads, and baklava! “Checked this place out for a birthday dinner my friend planned for me and had the best time! Ambiance was nice and chic-looking with the option of outdoor seating (we decided to sit indoor since it was a bit hot outside). Once we were all seated, our server was attentive and helpful in choosing our cocktails to start off with. I decided to try the Watermelon Sames, which tasted refreshing and perfect for the summer (comes with a watermelon ball)! We also ordered a bunch of appetizers such as the seafood tower, truffle fries, goat cheese croquettes, etc. followed by our entreé, where majority of us ordered the braised short ribs. All tasted amazing and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend for a celebration! Would also come back to check out their happy hour.”

“Low key, no frills establishment. Simple seating and service. The food is good and lots of options to choose from. I came for brunch on a January weekend and had no issues finding seats. I ordered the Mac and cheese empanada which was good but I think there are better options available. My friend ordered chorizo ones and they tasted much more flavorful. I also got the strawberry banana smoothie which I highly recommend. Overall, great value for money.”

Pretty crowded definitely but worth the wait .. the tacos, burritos, bowl are all highly customizable.. the corn 🌽 on cob was a miss for me.. they have hot sauce or spicy sauce if you food on the Spicy side .. a Huge yay from me”

“I removed two stars because of the lack of attention when packing orders to go. If you're ordering online, don't expect a complete order; this has happened to us already more than a few times, this is concerning and takes away the joy from eating a good dinner. I'm being respectful enough to leave my original review below because we do love their food but the staff at Sabor A Peru has really got to take packing their orders more seriously. It is extremely aggravating to continue to receive the wrong order or missing items from your order after you have paid in full. Original Review: We loved our visit to this restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious (please tell the cook never to leave) and the atmosphere is festive and a complete delight (check out my pictures). This is a family owned business and they're doing a great service for the community. The facility is well kept and very clean. I also love being able to look inside the kitchen. We found our new (and likely only) go-to Peruvian restaurant.”

“I called in an order for a small pie with everything $19.00 When I arrived to pick it up The counter person broke his concentration from the television and acknowledged me by staring at me and after about two minutes saying ( whats up ) Just whats up as the greeting ( Not How can I help you or any or hello can I take your order / good evening or anything. other than Just whats up. Once I arrived home I opened the pizza Box and it was literarily bunt ( The majority of the crust was black and hard. I am not sure what has changed. At one point in time the Pizza was good..
