“Lovely spot close to the jetty! Stopped here for breakfast as soon as the boat landed. I ordered the smoked salmon eggs benny which was quite good but the house granola looked yummy as well. Had a couple little visitors sneak under our table throughout the meal which was a great welcome to the island! Friendly staff, good location.”

“There’s always a line out front, with good reason… One of the only dim sum places my Dad is excited to go to, and is prepared to brave the crowds to visit. Food is excellent and service is okay too. Super efficient wait staff who are very accommodating to make sure you’re seated, fed and tables are cleared quickly. Would 100% recommend if you are in Perth and after a yum cha fix 🤍”

“Since moving from their Parkwood place into Coogee I always wanted to come down and try it as it was much closer to home. Had good memories of the place back when it was in Parkwood. Well It is set in a small cozy place with pretty good service. The presentation of the food was good. But the food was pretty average. I mean it wasn’t bad but when I go out and eat I like real tasty, party in your mouth kind of sensations and unfortunately overall it wasn’t. The sizzling tofu, Kung pao beef, and prawns and vegetable in garlic sauce were their best dishes on the night. The fried stuff was average, the fried rice was pretty average as well. Pity as wanted this place to do well but it fell short.”

“3.5 stars Came for takeaway only. ~12noon Sunday. Venue: plenty of free carparks. Spacious. Quiet at daytime. Old style decor of Chinese restaurant. Tidy. --- 7/10 Service: busy at phone order. Nice staff at the counter. Not waited for takeaway. --- 7/10 Food: normal price for BBQ roast meat. All BBQ meat was hot, it could be eaten immediately. We ate those takeaway in 1 hour. Gravy and Plum sauce was given. - Roast Pork, $23/500gm: the meat was hot, cut in various sizes, not well presented in the plastic box. Really very crispy. --- 7.7/10 - Roast Duck, half, $23: well presented in the box. It had some sauce on the bottom of the box. It looked nice superficially because good meat (one thigh)was on the top. However, the duck on the second layer wasn't so meaty. Some parts of half duck were missing. Probably, they use smaller sizes of duck. Not salty --- 6.5/10 - Steamed Rice, small, $4: scooped from rice cooker. Hot enough. Normal texture and portion.”

Above average sushi and bubble teas pretty good to. Clean, easy to access seating area. Parking tricky but fine, with roadworks going on at present.”
