I got the spring rolls as well as their Chicken Pad Thai, and both of them were quite delicious and well portioned. The peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls tasted fresh and really helped the flavor pop. Definitely looking forward to a return visit just to try many more things on the menu.”

Also not shown country fried steak breakfast. My companion reported it was OK but gravy on side just tasted like flour. Chicken in nachos wasn't seasoned well, and lots of tendon/gristle pieces. They were swimming in nacho cheese under other toppings, and no real shredded cheese. We were there on a Sunday night at prime dinner hour. It was only about 1/2 full. Inside was clean but dark. Best part: server was friendly and courteous. Least favorite: chicken in the nachos with tendons and not seasoned well.”

“This has to be one of the hardest reviews I've had the displeasure to give. The reason is that the owner and operators were super friendly and nice people. I do not want to hurt their business, however - the food does not match the kind nature of the folks working at the place. The Shawerma was very dry and the general atmosphere was pretty lacking - even for a strip mall joint. Perhaps the food we received was an anomaly, so maybe judge for yourself by going there and giving it a try.”

“We happened to be driving by and saw they served food. I ordered the haddock and hubby ordered roast beef sandwich. Both were served with salads. It was the best food we’ve had on our travels. The haddock was beer batter coated and was so thick and moist. The roast beef sandwich was huge but hubby couldn’t stop eating it. The atmosphere was terrific along with the view. It took awhile for the food but we were in no hurry and just enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend”

“I cannot state how the atmosphere was, since I had ordered delivery. However, while it was an hour before the food was delivered, I didn’t expect the pizza to be lukewarm. The wings were hot, not too saucy and most enjoyable - however we also ordered a Diet Pepsi, and received a Pepsi. I know that this may not seem like a big deal and some will just say “Oh, 1st world problems” etc, but when you have a T1D in the house, it is. We don’t live very far away, about a 1/2 mile at most I believe. A 5 minute drive at most. I did speak to a very friendly woman (who honestly was seriously wanting to make up for it with a credit or offer to bring us a replacement soda / pizza. I didn’t take her up on it as 1) This place is close, and it wouldn’t feel right to make them scramble when I plan on trying them again, and 2) It makes me feel like a bloody Karen to expect a busy establishment to scramble to kiss my arse when sometimes people just don’t have a good day. Hence the review - I would prefer to base a review on a placed order, not a corrected one. But I will gladly change this review the next time we order from them and receive our order in a timely manner, and that it’s fresh / hot, with the correct drink. I’m a foodie. I like food. So we’ll see.”
