“In Palm Springs and wanted sushi. We had been to this place before and were so happy it was so close to where we were staying. We made reservations online for the two of us. Then we met another couple at the hotel that decided to join us. Reservations are definitely recommended as this place is popular. We called and asked to add two more to our party and it was no problem. Because we made reservations only one day ahead we were only able to choose outside patio. Inside is smaller but the patio was great as the weather was warm. We ordered drinks and they were out quickly. When drinks were delivered they took our order. Just minutes later the food began to arrive. Seaweed salad was great. Rolls are unique with names, flavor and presentation. They were amongst the best we have had. The sashimi plate was decadent but a little on the smaller side. Price point is on the higher end for sushi but quality and service match. Next time we are in Palm Springs we will be going here too”

“We ordered 3 large pizzas, a 2 liter and a large garden salad. I asked the male staff if the salad came with onions he said yes. I received the salad, no onions. I came back up and asked for the onions. I was charged .75 cents. I asked for the manager who refused to come out. Sent another staff member out to tell me they made a mistake and that the employee was new, and I still owed .75 cents. Traditionally we eat here every time we come see the lights. Very disappointing. Horrible service.”

“My dad is a regular here since it's close to his job. He's always talked about how good they were and he finally brought us to try them. This was my first time trying a Cuban sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn't stop eating and it left me so full and satisfied. Plus, the owner and his wife are so nice. They engaged in conversation with my dad and I was far from uncomfortable. I didn't want pickles, and they were more than happy to accommodate, which pleases me! I would love to come again! I highly recommend this place!”

“Great dinner! There are no reservations, but can queue online or by phone. They will hold your spot for 5 minutes. It wasn't our case. We have a 25 minute drive, so around 5.30 I got in said queue. We got there and of course they already took us off of it. Host lady was able to see my name and got us a boot, no wait. Otherwise would have dealt with a 45 minute wait. Ordered strawberry lemonade, a draft u Moon, and a Coke zero. Bread was delicious as usual. Got some wings for appetizer. And entrees were just perfect. I got a Outback Ribeye, wife got half chicken and half ribs, and we got a lobster tail since my daughter wanted to try. Caesar and house salads, with french fries. They gifted her a BIG glass with ice cream for her birthday, and we got a chocolate molten lava cake to share. Bill came up very reasonable for the quality and amount of food ($140 including 20% tip). Service was fast, and our server efficient. Good job!”

“Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the food was somewhat decent. The service on the other hand was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had mobile ordered a 130$+ order, and they gave away the food to someone else, who showed no proof that they were me. Then the workers doubted me and MADE ME SHOW PROOF OF THE ORDER. Then they made me wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes to remake the order, (at least let me wait inside) and didn’t even give me anything to make up for their mistake, and wasting my time, and on top of that they messed up one of my sandwiches. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. That’s how bad the service was.”
