“To the staff at Urban Air thank you so much ! Management was great food came out hot ! Server Sarah was so so sweet ! The staff is tentative professional and personable:) I had my son’s 7th birthday here. It was a success!!! No head aces . The room we reserved was clean and spacious and right next to the kitchen allowed the staff to deliver speedy service and they did an outstanding job with all of our guest! Big party !!!! It was Dinotastic!!!! We needed game cards ! They made it happen !! It was extremely busy and our party guest were satisfied with all the food and apps. Forget about the mess after the fun. We cleared out and they were happy to clean up the balloons and ext. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a one stop spot and smooth no headache event for a birthday. My only recommendation is to be organized like I did with bins and allow your self time to set up! And remember to have fun! & your Never to big to jump! To the staff at urban air THANK YOU!!!!!
