“***** Thank you to the front desk, Susan and Charisma for making my decision very easy, to NOT move there. *** I was considering East Mark until I went to visit their recreation center. The service was terrible. After 15 minutes of sitting with my husband discussing the options, Charisma came to tell me that we had overstayed and had to leave. I told her that her coworker had allowed us to stay a little longer, to which she responded, “She asked me to come and tell you.” Spoke to some residents and they said “Welcome to East Mark, we have to deal with this all the time. Their service is terrible.” Charisma even said that in their three years there, we had stayed the longest. Thank you for making my decision very easy, to NOT move there.”

“Had a turkey from jaindl this Christmas took the plastic off and saw a lot of pieces of feathers. I will never get a turkey from here again. You pay all this money for one of these and then have to pluck all those feather pieces. I have gotten many store brand turkeys and never had to pluck any feather pieces from the store brand turkey.”
