Hao Tang Hao Mian ( Tai Wai )
4.3
( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 12:00 PM

20 Chik Chuen St, Tai Wai, Hong Kong

“{Jiaojiao Noodles} is the sixth flavor I tried at "Hao Tang Hao Noodles". In fact, {Jiaojiao Noodles}, {Mini Buddha Jumps over the Wall}, and {Cotton Chicken} basically taste the same. They just change the ingredients, but they are all the same. It's my favorite flavor. So next time I must try the most expensive flavor {Spanish Red Shrimp} and see if I am surprised or disappointed😅.”

Fish & Chick
4.2
( 8 reviews ) $$
Open until 09:00 PM

Hong Kong, Kennedy Town, New Praya, 25號, Ka Fu Building Block A, Shop 6, G/F

“This is a unique fish & chips shop where it offers locally sourced fishes. The coating is crispy and not too greasy, and the fish we ordered (local seabass and Barramundi) were fresh and tender. The fried chicken and mash potato were alright, nothing special, perhaps overshadowed by the fish.”

Lung Kwu Tan Seaside Bbq
3.9
( 8 reviews )

Hong Kong, Tuen Mun, Lung Kwu Tan136 RP

“The best thing about the place is the location. The sunsets here are surreal, and the beach is fun to play in. The food is mostly good. However there is an extra fee for most things, including the net to bbq in, sauces, drinks, marshmallows, etc. It would be be better to charge a slightly higher entry fee and just provide this items. Overall fun place to go, and they have a birthday discount if you bring 4 people plus the birthday boy/girl.”

Arirang Korean Restaurant
4.2
( 8 reviews ) $$

Hong Kong, Wan Chai, Hennessy Rd, 314-324號, W Square, 3樓

“It's no surprise that this is the first Korean restaurant to open in Hong Kong, with over 60 years of history. The flavors, atmosphere and service are all superb. And what's more, it has a lively atmosphere.I was first introduced to it by a Korean friend who took me there for dinner, where I enjoyed delicious pork dishes. As my office is also nearby, I have since frequently visited for lunch. The lunch menu is also abundant. I hope to try conquering it all. I wholeheartedly recommend it without any hesitation.”

Closed until 05:00 AM

20 Sung Chi St, Hok Yuen, Hong Kong

“The set meal has a variety of seafood. If there are few people, it is recommended to order the set meal. You can try all kinds of seafood without having to wash and pick. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is very strong, maybe because there are steamers in every restaurant. To maintain air circulation and prevent the restaurant from getting too hot, you need to bring a jacket; Let’s start with 5 different types of shells. Some of them have never been seen before. They are fresh and sweet. The staff is responsible for steaming the seafood throughout the process. Since the time required for each type of seafood is different, a dedicated person will follow up to ensure that the seafood is not overcooked. The mantis shrimp was the most impressive, so fresh and sweet; There are so many crabs, that’s right; Angus beef is so tender and beefy; Both cured glutinous rice and glutinous rice are delicious. There are noodles and secret hot sauce, and it’s impossible to top it all together; The bottom of the porridge at the end was a little salty, maybe some seafood was salty due to sweat, and some of the porridge was cooked until it shredded and dried, so it was average.”

Ye Shanghai ( Admiralty )
4.1
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

Shop 332, 3/F, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong

“Excellent service. Food was yummy. There is only 4 stars for food was because 2 items we want to order were not available. As for ambience, it's a bit noise but it didn't affect customers much. What i must say about was their services: well trained staff, they will politely nod their heads showing greetings. appreciated their service that me and my friends had a wonderful gathering.”

Ming Kee Seafood Restaurant
4
( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 11:00 AM

40 Lau Fau Shan Main St, Lau Fau Shan, Hong Kong

“Lovely restaurant with the live seafood on display. What you point at will die in a few minutes.. And re-emerge as delicious seafood dishes, Hong Kong style. The lady boss will push the most expensive mantis shrimps and imported razor clams to the customers, and she is fast to grab the creatures before you can decide. But the local clams and fishes are just as delicious. So stand your ground and ask for the less costly stuff and she will oblige. The kitchen is excellent in churning out dishes with strong "wok hei". Possibly the best meal in our Hong Kong trip.”

Café East
4.2
( 8 reviews )
Open until 09:30 PM

1/F, New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel, 72 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

“We had buffet lunch here. Food variety is very limited compared to similar buffets offered by other nearby restaurants. Starters are also limited. Desserts only includes few fruits, ice cream and small cakes, not huge variety. Very few dishes of south Asian food. No halal food option.”

Peko Peko Eatery
3.9
( 8 reviews ) $$
Open until 10:00 PM

SHOP 1006-1007, OP Mall, 100, 1/F Tai Ho Rd, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong

“A decent restaurant with a mix of Asian and Western flavors. Ingredients were fresh; salad greens were very green and the seafood accompanying my octopus wasn't fishy at all. The slow cooked octopus was flavorful and tender; but the sauce was a bit of a strange pairing as it was a seafood based sauce. The mentaiko pasta tasted fine and the scallops were cooked just right. On a slow Monday night, I would have hoped the staff were a little more attentive as we had to wave down multiple staff for the check.”

Wah Yuen Chiuchow Cuisine
4
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 11:30 AM

Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Peking Rd, 57號2樓

“Food was alright and it’s not cheap, restaurant isn’t clean and the service was downright unacceptable. Manager asked how food was and we gave feedback there was a bit of sand in some of the clams but the food was alright. The response was to walk away without saying anything and come back five minutes later asking us to pay the bill and leave as they need to close shop when the restaurant is still open for another two hours. Subsequently he made snappy and rude remarks at the table as we paid the bill. I’d say avoid this place.”

Sushi Kumo
4.1
( 8 reviews )
Open until 11:00 PM

Hong Kong, Causeway Bay, Jaffe Rd, 508號地下b鋪 United Success Commercial Centre

“Pretty decent quality sushi. The service was a tad under par when a reservation made for 2 and one of us had arrived, but the girl was hesitant to let me in. I had to specifically ask to be seated. Then, I get queried about when my partner would arrive. The thing is... it isn't like outside if the restaurant there was any horde of people waiting to get in. In fact, for the duration of our 1 hour long meal, seats cleared out and only 2 net new diners came in. So, why such need to be hesitant? I spend more on service than food because that overshadowed the latter. In the end, the sushi was good but not exceptional that I need to write about.”

“It was my first time to try Teochew cuisine here. The brine seemed a bit inferior, the fried oyster cakes were passable, and the best was the lychee duck. The waiters were attentive and the environment was comfortable.”
