Coming from Asia, we had plenty of raw fish in Japanese restaurants. Caneva’s style iteration of raw fish is amazing! Suggest to make reservation. “Honestly I don’t think I’ve had such sushi before in my life. Not only was it presented to perfection, it was also literally melting in my mouth. One of the few restaurants I would trust to try new things cause I know they would meet and surpass my standards. The staff were also unbelievably kind and respectful, as a non native I was expecting to struggle but I had a delightful time with the staff. Even if you’re a uni student on a budget or a luxury brand liking for somewhere to have a company meal, this is the place to go!!!”

“We stopped here to eat while we were boating on Lake Como. The service is great, as soon as we arrived near the restaurant a man came with his boat to pick us up so we could leave our boat in the water. The food was really good and quick service. The view is beautiful!”

“If you want to eat sushi, this is the place to be! Food was very delicious. The fish was really fresh, clean, delicious and well presented. The staffs were friendly and very accommodating. The service was also a top notch! Fast and efficient even though that the place was really full with customers(proof that this restaurant is really good). They were able to do their jobs and were able to accomodate all our orders and requests. We didn't even have any waiting time at all. The menu has a lot of variations that you can try on also and every food we ordered was delicious. Their compliance on Corona safety protocol was also followed accordingly. Making you feel safe and secure as a customer bringing your love ones there. The place overall was clean and proper especially the toilet. Price is also reasonable and worth it. Surely a place to go back!”

“The service and atmosphere are top tier. We didn’t dine inside the restaurant so I can’t speak for it - we got a double beach bed which came with lunch and a dessert. Our waitron was super, ironically we’d met him earlier in the day on our boat trip to the villa. There are steps going down to the water which is wonderfully refreshing. I’d recommend this spot to anyone in the area. It can’t be beat.”

“Nice internal deco, nothing wrong with the food material they offer, but it was wasted in a All-you-can-eat style of cooking. Rice was badly done for sushi, ramen as expected is utterly wrong. But the most awful dish was the dumplings, with the price tag as 2 EUR for one I want a real handmade dumpling, not those frozen instant kind. The place though is good as a bar to drink, their beer and cocktail option worth the price tag, but definitely for Japanese dishes I would go to Milan for fukuruo... Sorry to say, you cannot call it Chinese Japanese or whatever.. it is nicely wrapped Japanese wannabe creatures with a super overpriced price tag....”

“Super cool place in Milano. Located on great neighborhood shopping street with interesting shops and cafe and restaurants. Ambience in the restaurant was great. It was packed when we were there. Luckily they fit us in for short 1 hour dinner without reservation because we got there 5min before opening. Classic Milano kitchen. The Vegetable/tomato Pasta dish was superb! Fun wines by the glass.”

“If you intend to order their "Fresh Crab", be prepared to receive a gorgeous but empty shell. They served pasta with a side of legs and a claw. The entire body of the crab was missing from the plate. I asked the waiter what happened to the body (where 80% of the meat is) - he said it's cooked together with the pasta. It still didn't explain where the meat is, so I asked if they throw it away after the pasta is ready - the waiter said he doesn't know. For the price you obviously don't expect a 5 star lobster, but the title said "Fresh Crab with Pasta", so you could reasonably think that you receive an actual crab, however small. Unfortunately that was not the case. The waiter apologized multiple times for the experience, even though it was absolutely not his fault. As a tourist in a foreign country it's most polite if you pay the entire bill and not make any drama, however, I do not recommend their crab dish to anyone. Unless you're keen to be disappointed, of course.”

Portions are obviously smaller if you choose this option, but that’s good so you can actually try many things. The quality of the fish was good. We loved the salmon sashimi and nigiri, and overall sushi flavor was very good as well. I’d definitely recommend this place.”
