“My husband and boys bought sushi grade fish a few weeks ago. We have saved so much money making the sushi, sashimi, nigiri and poke bowls at home versus going to AYCE. The salmon especially has been so smooth and fatty. Thanks for being a great healthy value for our family! We had toasted black sesame seeds, green onion, Sriracha mayo, wasabi, sticky sushi rice, etc. The fish was the star of the show. My husband is Chinese and Japanese a s used to having good quality seafood. Yours did not disappoint 👏 A few days before I got a how to make sushi book at a store in Maui called, "SoHa" and we put it to good use!”

“First time trying out Tender. We thought the ambiance felt classic old-school Vegas, but you can dress casually. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food came out really fast (almost unusually fast), and water topped off frequently. The four star rating was mostly the steaks. While premium priced, I tried the coffee rubbed New York steak. I did pick up a hint of coffee (mostly in the butter), but the steak just lacked seasoning. The prime rib (a special offering on Sundays) wasn't a medium rare as ordered, also seemed unseasoned, and seemed dry as no Au Jus was served with it. The baked potato was good and can be shared by two. We had a nice time overall and may have just been an off night with the beef.”
