“I had a great customer service experience buying. Some of the items I received were not to the spec on their website. They begrudgingly accepted a return and made me pay for shipping. Now they’re saying they never got the return when the tracking I provided them shows it was delivered. I’ve still not received a refund. Edit: They've replied to this review but have not acknowledged that they made me pay return shipping for THEIR mistake. They conveniently left out the part that they only initiated the return after I brought it to their attention that it had not happened after close to two weeks of them having the items back in hand. I'm not an entitled customer. I offered a very convenient and mutually beneficial proposal for an exchange. I was turned down.”

“Send my knives 12+ days ago. No contact, no tracking information, nothing, genuinely worried. I hand delivered their provided bubble mailer to the post office 12 days ago. 600$ of knives seem to be lost. They have no phone number, waiting for an email response that I doubt will ever come. Will update this post as things unfold. -finally received them after mailing support and waiting another week. Would not recommend sending knives to them currently, unless you don’t mind waiting almost three weeks, with not particularly good tracking… Knives diff arrive A+ sharp however.”

“I must say that thus shipping company was very good, everyone I interacted with was very friendly from the young lady answering the phone and answering all my questions since I have never shipped anything overseas before, ensuring that I knew all the fees included and time frames for pick up and what I should write in the box was very helpful. To the man who came to puck up our very large box, it was very early in the morning and he was friendly and funny and very professional. Their tracking system online could use some work though because I had the option to pay online, but there system never updated the full amount only the fees, thankfully the guy left the paper confirming the price the young lady gave over the phone so I had to manually enter it and keep checking back to see when the item was shipped, it never said when it arrived either but I got confirmation from the person picking up. But all in all a very good experience, would definitely use them again”

“I ordered a "factory sealed new" switch. I was given a used switch registered to another company, with a changed password. The switch was unusable. I was actually yelled at when I said I wanted to return the switch and told that since I opened the box they won't take it back. No way to tell it was already registered or the password was changed without opening the box. Note that the registration card was missing from the box. When I called them back was told this is a grey market unit and not eligible for Cisco support. Nowhere in the add did it say grey market and again, the password was changed, so not factory sealed either.”

“I have used this store for years. Sad to say I will not again. I paid $50 for next day for a gift to arrive on time. Not only did it not arrive on time, we are now 3 days past guaranteed time and package still not delivered. Things happen. I get it. What I don't get, this store will not refund my money until "UPS actually delivers the package. Then they can start the refund process". What process? You failed, refund my money. The storefront sign says, "UPS" but the manager explained he can't refund my money until "UPS files a claim and gives them back the money". I didn't give my money to some phantom "UPS" entity...I gave it to you at 37637 5 Mile road location. So not only did my package not get delivered, I am stuck entering a tracking number over and over to monitor when this store corrects their error and then following up to get my money back. Dishonest and unfair business practice to say the least.**update** It has been two weeks and I have not received a refund. This store's snarky response implying I had no reason to worry was frustrating, to say the least. I am still waiting for my $50 refund and their telling me no need to watch and worry is insulting and, obviously now, untrue.”
