“I went to Nocibé. I asked for a product from a very specific brand from a saleswoman who replied that she did not know this brand. I was surprised because my sister bought this product in this store. I'm looking anyway, but I don't see anything. A young girl asks me if I need a few things and I ask her anyway, telling her that I have already asked her colleague. The brand was not on the shelves but it is available at Nocibé. I understand that with the Christmas holidays, they favor box sets, but still before saying no, she could have inquired with her manager. I thank the pretty little girl for her professionalism and kindness.”

“Very nice place in a cozy village for a relaxed weekend. All good with the room, even if I do not find correct to offer a “double room” with 2 single mattresses put together without specifying it, but it is common practice unfortunately. The outside bath was excellent, breakfast was nice, all very clean, staff was friendly and overall the place was good value for money and it is recommended. The good ratings online create expectations that maybe are not fully met. 4 stars because: the sauna was rather cold/ hamman is just not usable with the cold tiles / the “typical mountain products” dinner was disappointing (first course literally 2 spoons of broth with spaghetti) / the staff was friendly as mentioned, but just forgot us at dinner, brought the wine when the first course was finished, dessert arrived after we were thinking of going back to the room because we were tired of waiting. That was my experience.”
