“The online support provided is the most useless and incompetent. They seem to exist for nothing. I ordered online a pair of size 39 shoes on December 21 and paid for express delivery because it was a gift for the New Year. Although it arrived on time (29.12), the box had an inscription for size 39, but inside were shoes of size 38. I immediately contacted support, and until now, January 7, I have received only one response (on January 3). They offered me a 15% discount for the next pair of shoes, but I don’t need it since I was waiting for their response until January 3 and already ordered a pair of another shoes (December 29 - this try was ok) All I want from them is to cover the shipping costs for the initial delivery and the return shipping for the wrong item. It’s just hilarious how they don’t care about their customers. They made the mistake and want to fix it in their own way. I’m not asking for a lot. The boots are okay, but the support is just a nightmare. They don’t do their job properly.”

“Beautiful family run garden centre. Selks a wide range of plants from veg to bedding fruit trees to ornamental trees. There are plenty of gorgeous perennial plants they also sell hard landscaping . Coloured aggregate. Stepping stones.pots . Various composts. Can recommend the potting mix with added John inner. They also have sheds and greenhouses. And very knowledgeable staff. The best thing is they have a fantastic cafe with beautiful cakes, foods, and a variety of drinks . They do shut at 4 pm in the cafe, though, so be there an hour before. Only down side is the balcony has gone where you could sit and see the view now. You have to sit in the conservatory to see the view . Oh and dogs are allowed in garden centre and outside cafe There are also lots of indoor garden sundries”
