“I went in the store to sort out a problem. I bought a backpack and was overcharged. So I simply went on to the service desk to get my money back. I had the receipt and the tag from the bag. First the employee tells me 'I wouldn't know if you just cut a tag from our existing bags' Then she said she needed to match the item to code. Great. I went again and showed her that the code was matching and then she goes 'I'll have to check the bag itself, please bring the bag' I'm like bro, you literally accused me of being so weird that id cut up a tag from store and also make up a receipt to get refund?! I can't believe that Target employs people who do this to customers who are genuinely honest and just wanted her hard earned money back. Never going to buy anything from this store. Thanks to that one person.”

The range for sporting goods is great and at Christmas time they have a good range of gift items eg swimming pool toys as well. You can click and collect with them as well. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Our go to sports store. Parking underneath can be tricky as it is right and therefore hard to get in and out. Better to park out the front or in the Aldi car park and walk . Shoe range is the best in the area.”

“Yesterday, I purchased a Garmin 255S for my sister. Prior to buying it, I specifically confirmed with the staff at the counter that I could return it if she wasn't satisfied. The staff member assured me it was fine to return it as long as it was unworn. Unfortunately, when I brought it back today because my sister wasn't happy with the color, the staff claimed we couldn't return it due to a removed film cover on the watch face. I want to reiterate that the watch has never been used or worn, and the film cover was in the same condition as when I purchased it. I'm extremely disappointed with this discrepancy, especially considering the confirmed return policy and my immediate return attempt. The long distance I travelled back to the store further adds to my frustration. I respectfully request that you reconsider my return request and honor the initial agreement. P/S: Finally, I went to rebel Mid City store and they accepted my return and I got my full refund today. The customer service there is much better than the rebel Bankstown store.”
