“Read the fine print before you purchase anything online outside of Quebec. The giant " free shipping over $95" at the top of the website is very misleading and downright false advertising. I waited for days until I got a call from a very rude representative asking if I'd still like to go through with my order although I'd have to pay a ridiculous overpriced shipping fee to have my boots sent to me (after order already went through and paid for, with "free Canada post shipping"). When I questioned the free shipping over $95, I was just given attitude. It was a giant inconvenience and I went an extra week plus without sufficient work boots because of it, and had to wait days for reimbursement. Totally unprofessional, avoid any online ordering from this company. You'll be happy you did.”
