“Just loveeee the decor of this place. It's my 3rd time here & I gotta say this is my favorite one so far. It's huge & very nicely decorated! Very clean too. They even have single restrooms for customers, loved that ! Obviously it's a high end place but the products are just fabulous. I couldn't hold myself so treat myself with something special! This is my birthday month so I gotta take care of my wishes ! I feel like I was just walking around every floor & enjoying the decor , rather then shopping lol..! “Allbirds produces one of the most comfortable shoes in the market with sustainable materials. In my opinion, they are suited for casual runners. Performance runners would be better served by other brands such as ASICS. These shoes however are much better for day-to-day walking as they are lighter. We were served very well by all the Allbirds staff in this store. Everyone was very helpful and patient, answering all the questions we had as this was our first time purchasing an Allbirds shoe. I would highly suggest visiting the store if you are uncertain about which shoes would be suitable for you as the staff were very knowledgable and would comment on which shoes suit an individual.”

“On 12/28/23 I waited for someone to wait on me to get the 2 slices of pizza and a soft drink deal for mygrandkids. It was lunchtime, 12.30pm. A man working the deli waited on 3 people while I waited, and I could see a woman putting crisco on pizza pans in the kitchen area. I waited at least 5 minutes. I gave up and walked away. This isn't unusual for that particular station. It's like you are invisible there. Very frustrating.”

“Overall the gentleman who offered help was extremely knowledgeable about the product and what to expect for wearing and caring for them. My only feedback would be that the salesperson “listened to reply” as opposed to “listen to address”. I asked him first, the price of the boots as to which he responded “do you have any questions or concerns about the boots?” I responded politely, “no” and he gave additional info about the design language which I liked, adding value to the product. After some talk, I asked again for the price and he promptly responded what the price after tax was, which was nice. Generally speaking, the associates are knowledgeable, but not passionate. The question and answer cadence was a bit fast and the salesperson did what he was paid to do. Add value, answer questions, pitch the sale. Good thing the product is quality enough that it could sell itself.”

I have back issues and heel pain and I’m 71 years old now. I find I need more support and a bit more comfort as I age. A friend recommended this store, because of her complete satisfaction when dealing with them. My sales person’s name was Jacob. He took all of the time and care of my feet that I required, and then some. He fit me with an excellent new model sneaker, and even a new orthotic inner sole. He measured my feet and also took a 3-D scan of them to be sure he chose the correct sneaker. I left the establishment a very happy and satisfied, Customer!”

When we came in she had her airpods on was on a personal call complaining how her job is so boring and she was tired of being there ! Then we decide to leave because we didn’t find what we need I was with my grandma I proceed to open the door for my grandma. She tells me with an attitude close the door because its cold I go okay but mind you im waiting for my grandma to walk through just because i didn’t close the door as soon as she told me she rolls her eyes walks towards the register and starts cursing and talking all this nonsense complaining. Mind you the people by the register were just laughing. Mind you if you know you work by the entrance and people are coming in and out you why don’t you wear something warm instead of being nasty and rude. When you walk into a sketchers store the security guard and workers always greet you but this was not case.”

“Justin from this location is the absolute man. My buddy and I were looking for nice hiking shoes and running shoes, and he knew exactly what to show us. He took us through many shoes that fit to our certain foot features. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us. This was the epitome of what an experience at a shoe store should feel like. I ended up buying Hokas for hiking and On Clouds for running. I personally experience blisters and pain when I run (in part because of previous poor running shoe choices), but Justin recommended us to where Nylon Polyester socks instead of cotton socks when running or playing certain sports. Great experience and would definitely come back again even though I am not from the area.”

My dog all of a sudden started hot spots and uncontrollable itching apparently he developed a allergy to his food . He was been on a while now.i called the store first to ask questions and melony I believe her name was or Nikki was very informative I saw one thing for them and she suggested another so I went there and didn't know what to do what to buy explained it to the gentlemen what was going on and who I spoke to and he knew right away and took me to the area and I even got him some vitamins to help him and food for his skin and coat and it had probiotics in it . Such a win win . I can gladly say since he started on it and its only been 2 days he is feeling and doing much better. Thank you Tractor Supply for your help during a complicated situation especially when vets were still closed from the covid ... 5 stars definately.”

But we wanted to wait for cyber Monday sales which was a mistake because the boots were no longer in stock. We should have done what she suggested. The guard at the door was very friendly always with a smile and greeting.”
