“You feel you are being watched constantly while shopping, seems like lots of thieves shopping in the store in the past. The products there is mostly regular under $200 clothes. The quality is so so, purchased a national park t-shirt, after 4 uses, got a few tiny holes on it, when asking for a refund by cash for $200 return which I had paid credit card at least two months ago, the manager said refund to original payment method is a must due to security caution of $200 though I told them my original purchase card had been replaced. Custom service is the worst.”

“My girlfriend and I went in with little knowledge about anything snowboarding other than we wanted to get into it. They started from the very beginning and explained what shapes of board are for what purpose, how to size, where the money matters in our gear, etc.. They sized us for boots, explained lace vs boa vs double boa, and even gave little tips on minute things like how to carry your board when on a lift and such. They also brought out a snow board with bindings so my girlfriend can see how it feels to be attached to the board and how to operate the bindings. We went in making it known we were just doing our homework and that didn’t change the way we were treated. Ended up buying boots just to ensure we have the ones we want in our size as the season approaches. It was great to have people so willing to spend over an hour with us to cover the basics of snowboarding. I cannot be upset with anything that happened today in the store.”

“Humiliating and embarrassing experience. 5 associates and 2 managers refused to give me a large PLASTIC BAG to put in all the items that I’m picking up. I even offered to pay. I was forced to walk with $1000 worth of merchendise up to my neck while people starred and asked questions. I might be exaggerating but someone could have easily robbed me, bumped into me or stole my packages. It’s December 21 and I had to park all the way at the parking garage across Trump because there’s absolutely no parking. I was picking up 8 packages for 8 PAYING customers. Dick’s refused to give me a PLASTIC BAG because I’m not a customer, or a paying customer. I literally had to walk across the mall with 8 packages in my lap. Alarms were ringing, and people were starting at me from the moment I left Dick’s until I got to my car. Some people even asked if I’m ok not to mention I almost tripped and fell on the escalator because I couldn’t see my feet. It was very uncomfortable walking with $1000 worth of merchandise and everyone starring. All because of a PLASTIC BAG…… A BAG!!!! Sephora, Macy’s, etc, they all give you bags for crying out loud!!!! It’s PAID FOR METCHEBDISE.”
