If you pay a little extra you can add adults and then the pass is for the whole family. You just cover the cost of shoe rentals each time. We enjoyed our time here and will be back again. “We usually come there regularly to pick up feed for our animals, while shopping this evening we noticed you get a gift card with purchase of food, before leaving we asked the old lady cashier; with gray hair and a pink bandana to help us with that, she threw a fit and said loudly “she will have help you” pointing to the sweet young girl, she then stormed off and was SO rude during checking us out. She acted like everything we purchased was so inconvenient for her to have to come around the register scan, terrible customer service and so rude. We will gladly find somewhere else to spend money.”

“Do not waste your money on the horse and buggy ride offered during the holiday season. We were scheduled for 545. It tells you to arrive at 530 he got there at 549, and it took forever for the 4 adults and 2 kids to get off. I asked if we would get the full 15 min, and he said the ride is 10-12 minutes. We got on at 550 and got back at right when it turned 5:59, barely 9 minutes. We spent way too much for that, and it really was nothing special. Half of the ride is nice, barely 9 minutes. The other half you are in a parking lot, even looking at garbage in certain areas. We were very disappointed. As far as Fenton itself, I love the layout( firepit, turf, lounge swings, giant chess) and it's definitely a great place to shop with a variety of stores and great places to eat. Horse ride 1 star Fenton itself We loved!”

They said “no we didn’t, did you pay for it?” I told them yes I paid for it and they said they would do it immediately. I send my sister to pickup the bag since I live 100 miles away. Turns out it was still NOT gift wrapped. I called and told them what happened and they offered to refund the gift wrap price or for me to bring the bag back. Neither worked in my schedule. So shocked that I can spend so much money on something at Neiman Marcus and they could care less about their customer experience. Never even bothered to say sorry. On top of this, the bag was in its factory “this is not a toy” packaging. Every other store removes this. This purse was just thrown in a NM paper bag and the called it a day. Very disappointed.”

I don't remember them not having costumes like this, I thought costumes were a yr round thing for them. I would say if you are looking for basic stuff, mainly by color, baby shower, wedding, candy, Christmas, balloons, and new years stuff then maybe visit this place but they didn't have any of what I was looking for. I wouldn't bank on them having a lot of costume options. I was looking for 70s,80s, or even 90s, (work event) Snow White stuff (Disney trip) but they didn't have much and what they did have a saw for cheaper online! So don't wait to look for costume stuff banking that this Party city will have what you need... or if they do have it, the sizes and prices are crazy compared to online. Spirit of Halloween, Amazon, or even dollar tree for some the decor they had would probably be a better option.”

“Place was clean and loved the system of scanning kicks on the wall. Selection was excellent, had some crazy grails. Employees were chill and helped me out a bit. Thought about buying a pair and realized they were taxing soooo bad. Some pairs that were listed as good condition were absolutely destroyed and still marked up close to new price. Crazy how I almost gave in and lost some. Love the layout but not the prices. I know they need profit but for the amount they had em for, was outrageous.I would definitely recommend SNKR club over Courtside any day, go check my review there and you’ll see why.”

“To start I have been to this location 2 or 3 times to look around. Everything they have is beautiful. I have seen many things I have wanted for my home. Yesterday I went in to look one more time at some barstools I had seen a week earlier. I was met with a warm smile from Angie who greeted me when I came into the show room. I showed her what I had come to look at and she immediately offered to get a measuring tape so I would have an idea of the dimensions. She had me take some photos while she did this and I told her I thought I would be back that evening to purchase them; however rush-hour traffic prevented this. So today I went back in and met Beth who smiled and welcomed me into the store. They had several of the same style I wanted and Beth helped me select 2 of them even pulling down a few for us to look at. Before we went to check out I mentioned I was also looking for something to use as a Tennis Shoe rack. (And I will just go ahead and say, A Fancy Tennis Shoe Rack). She walked me right to it! BOOM! I was sold. As I was checking out I met Sandra who was a delight. I made 2 trips home which worked out, as Beth could take her time wrapping the glass shelves up so that they would not be damaged on the second trip home. She was Meticulous! Then I met Adam who assisted myself and Beth getting things into my car. Before I pulled away curbside Beth thanked me so much for my business and even gave me a big hug telling me she looked forward to seeing me again soon. What a lovely experience! “Whoever is packing their kits needs to be disciplined, demoted or fired. Beware of missing parts, this is more than likely to occur. And they do not prioritize shipping the items originally missed, it may take up to two weeks for your missing items to be delivered, when the initial package only takes a few days. Don’t put it past them to not include all of the necessary items even in the second shipping. Today I found the trigger assembly originally missed (delivered over 10 days after the initial package) was missing a trigger spring, making my entire kit useless. This was such a negative experience. Their incompetence with packing and the deprioritization of reimbursed item shipping has ruined 3 of my weekends. I promise to NEVER order from Palmetto again, as they have caused me too much stress. They do not deserve my business any longer. I don’t care about their reputation. There is a first time for everything, and it looks like I was the lucky winner. If i could rate them 0 stars, I would. Two thumbs down.”
