He also had me try on multiple boots and gave helpful recommendations. I added up adding a foot bed as per his recommendation and now have the most comfortable ski boots I’ve ever had and they ended up being on sale!”

“went to grab a gift card for a friend, i was informed that i must spend a minimum $100 to get a gift card. having a minimum $25-50 is reasonable but $100 is way too large to be a minimum. there’s no reason for that except for the fact that they want to force you to spend more. Edit: it’s really really disappointing to see a popular store respond as if i did not make a purchase. i’m sure of this location as i visit the starbucks across the street frequently. i would’ve posted the receipt as well but i gifted the gift card with the receipt attached in case there was any issues with the card being empty. i think the store needs to check the cameras to verify the gift card purchase if they claim “nobody came to buy one.” I think the store owner should have also asked all the employees to verify if someone came to purchase a gift card.”

Not only were they unhelpful and uninterested in assisting me, but their attitude was dismissive and borderline rude, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I think one of their names was Melissa. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant interaction that left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend relying on this worker for assistance if you visit the store.”

“I had ordered a winter coat online that was originally $200.00 and it was 50% off at $100.00 Honestly the coat was probably not even worth $50.00, and definitely would not keep anyone even remotely warm in winter. I picked it up in store and was glad I did as once I looked at it I immediately returned it. The staff were great and it was no hassle at all to return it. Honestly I was pretty shocked that they would claim that this coat was originally worth anywhere near $200.00. I guess when it comes to black Friday sales they have to put things in their flyers that seem like a great deal but really are not just to get you into the store. That's my guess anyway. Needless to say I was extraordinarily disappointed in everything but the staff.”
