“Talk about unpleasant just not welcoming employees! Wow, I was honestly a bit shocked walking in. Usually, you say hi and welcome in, nothing. Okay, but no help at all while looking. I saw at least 3 employees walk by us when looking for shoes, did they ask if we needed help? NOPE. First impressions at stores are a thing and you failed miserably. I get it it's a shoe store but wow are we just lacking in communication with customers now? Just shocked. Didn't find what I wanted or would fit. Will not return, it just really does not have the vibe of a place that I'd like to shop at. Clean store, and with lots to choose from depending on what you want. If you like to shop without help this is your place. If you need help go somewhere else. They all looked to busy to offer assistance or even say hi, welcome do you need anything...”
