I don't understand why they need my name, home address, phone number, email address, postal code, ... just for a simple RETURN, when they have my receipt in front of them???? It's not acceptable for me. Even if they want me to VOLUNTARILY share my personal info, they must let me know in advance, how my info will be used and who it will be shared with, and seek my consent before proceeding to collect my personal info.”
