“Just loveeee the decor of this place. It's my 3rd time here & I gotta say this is my favorite one so far. It's huge & very nicely decorated! Very clean too. They even have single restrooms for customers, loved that ! Obviously it's a high end place but the products are just fabulous. I couldn't hold myself so treat myself with something special! This is my birthday month so I gotta take care of my wishes ! I feel like I was just walking around every floor & enjoying the decor , rather then shopping lol..! I will definitely come back with lots of time on my hands.”

“Spectacular view and modern building. Port authority building so security is high but a lovely place to work.”

“Allbirds produces one of the most comfortable shoes in the market with sustainable materials. In my opinion, they are suited for casual runners. Performance runners would be better served by other brands such as ASICS. These shoes however are much better for day-to-day walking as they are lighter. We were served very well by all the Allbirds staff in this store. Everyone was very helpful and patient, answering all the questions we had as this was our first time purchasing an Allbirds shoe. I would highly suggest visiting the store if you are uncertain about which shoes would be suitable for you as the staff were very knowledgable and would comment on which shoes suit an individual.”

“I had a great experience shopping at Origins. A young lady by the name of Ridah was very helpful in helping me find clothing for my grandson. I will definitely be shopping here again!”

“Beautiful store at 5th avenue the brand that definitely has a qality, good products, and nice interior design. This store looks so nice, and has a plenty to offer, so lulu lemon fans can get in and enjoy their time there. Staff was also very polite and helpful, so 5* for lulu lemon comes naturaly. God job! 👏👏👏🫡”

“Overall the gentleman who offered help was extremely knowledgeable about the product and what to expect for wearing and caring for them. My only feedback would be that the salesperson “listened to reply” as opposed to “listen to address”. I asked him first, the price of the boots as to which he responded “do you have any questions or concerns about the boots?” I responded politely, “no” and he gave additional info about the design language which I liked, adding value to the product. After some talk, I asked again for the price and he promptly responded what the price after tax was, which was nice. Generally speaking, the associates are knowledgeable, but not passionate. The question and answer cadence was a bit fast and the salesperson did what he was paid to do. Add value, answer questions, pitch the sale. Good thing the product is quality enough that it could sell itself.”

“Opened to great fanfare, but alas got rid of the test running track and custom fabrication shop which were the most interesting parts when the store opened. Now just a regular cookie cutter retail store.”

“Amazing shoe cleaning job! I came in with a pair of light pink runners that had gone through quite a muddy and dirty trail. Dino’s was able to restore the color and remove all stains from the fabric material of the shoes. I was recommended to go here by a friend and I will definitely pass on the recommendation to other friends and neighbors! I will definitely be coming back again.”

“Lovely area as walked through to shop few photos with History of the famous footballer Pele. Sold many different world football tops and accessories.”

“Justin from this location is the absolute man. My buddy and I were looking for nice hiking shoes and running shoes, and he knew exactly what to show us. He took us through many shoes that fit to our certain foot features. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us. This was the epitome of what an experience at a shoe store should feel like. I ended up buying Hokas for hiking and On Clouds for running. I personally experience blisters and pain when I run (in part because of previous poor running shoe choices), but Justin recommended us to where Nylon Polyester socks instead of cotton socks when running or playing certain sports. Great experience and would definitely come back again even though I am not from the area.”

“The manager at this location lacks any customer service skills and should be fired immediately !! She was extremely rude and embarrassed me in front of my friends. No idea what was going on with her but she clearly lacks listening skills, patience and any understanding of her customers. In her mind the customer is always wrong. Don’t shop at this location unless you want to be approached by a cranky witch!!”
