“The Staff today was super nice at this location I want to Thank Both Jack and another employee that I regrettably forgot to get her name she was super nice and took the time to tell me the options for my shoe that my doctor recommend I was able to choose the shoe which was New Balance More for work. I wanted to take the time to also include her in this review because she did an amazing job I hoped I had gotten the time to get her name because I also want to include a 10/10! amazing knowledgeable individual and deserves to be included for amazing customer service as she also mentioned because of my doctor referral I got a slighter lower price so huge loving support and thank you very much. I also want to thank Jack he was very sweet and kind as well he took the time to check either there was stock available for my size and recommended the shoes for me thanks to Jack he also informed me that if there are any issues for my shoes I can always return to the store with the receipt and there be no extra charges I feel New balance knows how to treat customers so huge thank you I hope there be no issues once I wear these shoes for work if there are any issues I'll be happy to return back to the store as the services that was provided was amazing Huge Kudos for Both Employees and Jack as well did an absolute amazing job 10/10! “When I went to the store to pick up a product worth over $1,500 for my husband, it arrived with a large scratch. When I pointed out the scratch to Alex, the person who helped me, he acted it wasn't a big deal and told me to return it if I didn't like it. His attitude was rude and made me upset. He acted as if I got what I paid for as soon as I pointed out the scratch and didn't even apologize or feel sorry for the damage. Is $1,500 worthless to him? It made me wonder if he treated me this way because I purchased something on sale. I agree that it was a good deal because the original price was over $3,100; however, who wants something with a scratch in the first place? He showed me a disrespectful attitude in other ways as well. To cut a long story short, if he had calmly explained what might have happened and been compassionate about how I felt about what I'd been waiting for, I might have considered getting it satisfied even if it wasn't in the best condition, but his disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour enraged me so much that I couldn't help but file an official complaint. On the other hand, Zendrew, the manager, demonstrated the best example of good service. I felt respected. His professional problem-solving ability and pleasant demeanour made me feel a little better. Isn't it all about the attitude?”

And trust me, I wanted to try on a lot of shoes and had a lot questions. Throughout the whole experience, Sonia was patient, helpful, friendly, and was just so great. I ended up getting a shoe that wasn't even on my watchlist when I didn't think I'd buy it today. “The Arbutus Shopping Centre was torn down with the old Safeway in 2017. This Safeway is newer (June 2020) than the Broadway & Macdonald, Oak & King Edward and West 4th & Vine. Yew St entrance to the huge underground parking on P1. Store is very clean, tidy, bright and not too busy. Managers from head office bring trainees here for a tour often. On the day of the morning tour, every item is stacked perfectly.”

“Lovely store, still clean and organized during the holiday rush. Selection was good, but what really made my day was my experience with the staff. I had placed an online order and the website was not updated unfortunately.when I arrived at the store the tshirt was not available, but the sales rep, Dominick (sp, sorry!) was helpful and genuinely sorry - they showed me an alternative and it fit the bill. Kudos to this young associate working on what is probably one of the hardest days of the year, and managing to remain cheerful, and genuine, and helpful, even faced with a difficult situation. Well done! And well done to their manager Daniel who recognized an excellent employee and has done a great job training, supervising, and doing their job. Two great representatives of sport Chek. “I would give a zero star if they have the opinion. I was there today to get my online order returned which size is not fit. I don’t know their name but there is one Philippine guy was really rude and his manager who is an Indian lady, they spoke to me with impolite and unfriendly language and with no patience. They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction. Make you feel it’s a shame thing to return item. Really frustrating. If these employee work there whatever how good their products are, I won’t buy. I don’t recommend people shop at this location. I have no issue to return with their others. They need to learn what is respect then starting making sales.”

It's my first time trying Vessi, the shoes are really comfortable and it's been around 30 days of me wearing them and everyone around me has started complaining of bad smell on my feet. I never had this problem with any other shoes I wore and I don't know if it's my shoes that defective or it's Vessi shoes in general. I have stopped wearing them.”
