“Terrible online ordering and customer service experience! I ordered a 4 pack of Nuun electrolyte tablets to pick up in store. Got home with the box, opened the package to discover that 2 of the 4 tubes were not in the box! Called the store, and had to talk to 4 different people and spent 30 minutes to figure out what was going on. I was told finally that they "couldn't find" the other 2 tubes, but filled the order anyway and charged me for the 4 pack, plus wasted my time to go and get the product. They will refund me for the other tubes in 2 to 3 business days. When I spoke to a manager to complain, they said they had "no control" over how orders are fulfilled and that I needed to speak with someone else. So ridiculous. Won't be ordering from them ever again. Update: Waited the 3 business days, then one more...still no refund. Called the store. They in fact CANNOT refund me for 2 of the tubes due to the fact that the tubes came in a pack of 4. So they lied to me...And hoped maybe I'd forget? Now I have to physically return to the store to get the 2 tubes they should have given me to begin with. HUGE waste of my time. Never will I give them my business again!”

I received a timely phone call to alert me to their arrival in store. I was able to communicate well with staff to postpone my pick up date. Sam helped me when I arrived in store to try on and pay for my sandals. He cleaned them (as they had some black marks on them possibly made by a previous customer trying them on). I was able to use my West Queen West BIA anycard gift card. All in all, highly recommended. Lots of comfortable seating.”

Never coming back they told me the shoe was going to be fluffy and all but it looks like they gave it to a 5 year old to clean them up. Don’t come here it’s just a waste of money”
