And asked the question of my free scrub and was told I'd have to come back on a separate purchase to receive my buy 6, 8 or 10 whatever it is to get a free item. I did that and of course can't find the stamp card 😒 and have to start all over again with no free item . 😑”

“The product of New Balance is wonderful and have always lasted. My experience with customer service was lacking. I was in the store for roughly 20 minutes and while I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted I did have some specific questions. Unfortunately, I was not even acknowledged that somebody would be with me shortly. When I let the salesperson know they just told me they were busy while another employee was leaning on the back counter for the majority of the time. This visit didn’t give me the usual experience of a valued customer.”

“I can't say enough good things about Big&Tall. Staff are always incredible helpful and professional. As a larger guy it's nice to walk into a clothing store and have access to a large selection and variety of clothing options that fit my frame. Having a tailor connected to the business is also a huge advantage and I've had many pieces custom fit. Overall I can't recommend them enough”

“Pay attention to the condition of your shoes when you buy them from this place, especially when you order them in! Make sure they look good before buying them! I tried purchasing multiple pairs of the same shoe that I really like and was able to find here, but only one pair actually looked good and with no scratches or scuffs. I do not know whether KSwiss is just not caring anymore if there shoes come out completely brand new with no scuffs, or Factory Shoe does not make a point of checking the condition of the shoes before receiving them, but out of the 7 pairs I looked at, only 1 looked perfectly good, and when I asked to order more, they lied to me about not having anymore available just to avoid dealing with me anymore (I already confirmed with one of the managers from a previous visit that there 11 pairs available). One employee was told to say to me by his manager that it was common for the shoes to have scuff marks and small chips off of the leather, and that is simply not true; I have purchased well over enough pairs of this particular shoe - let alone any other pair of shoes, to know that is not true. To me, someone is just not making sure they are fresh and undamaged before receiving them, and I am sorry, but I am not paying the brand new price for a pair of shoes that have random marks and scuffs on them. I will just have to found somewhere else to buy my shoes. It's too bad; they have a solid selection of shoes for a reasonable price if you're into nice street wear sneaks.”

“First time having this kind of bad experience at a sport chek. Was standing at the shoe section with a sales person near me but no greeting, no asking if needed help. Finally i decided to ask for the shoes with 2 sizes, she just gave them and left us to talk to another customer. Wanted to try one more size to buy but the another sales person was at the far end claiming that she was there to help. But i am not going to walk barefooted all the way. Also usually when they give shoes to a customer, they usually offer help to knot up the lace as it is new, as a customer i dont think i have to sit there and knot up all the lace on these shoes, i have no problem in doing it but atleast offering to help would be good. I asked the person over there for an email to write to and she said she doesnt know. Well thats okay. But she claims that she was all the time there to help. Anyways, not coming to this store anymore.”
