Was amazing in helping me understand the differences in the boots, build quality, and had great suggestions. He took his time, even though I most likely wasn’t gonna buy a boot on my first visit. It’s nice to know that there’s a place like boot barn that hires knowledgeable, friendly employees willing to dedicate time to help customers like myself who are basically first timers to cowboy boots.”

“I came into shoe palace on Saturday 02-19-2022. I won the cardinal 3s so I was just picking up my pair. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and was asked if I needed help with anything. I was helped by a female worker and then a shorter guy who I think was the manager, but he acted more like a friend and wanted to help me out. He showed me some jeans but they didn’t have my size out, so he went to the back and found them right away. The associates pointed me in the direction of a clothes rack that had clothes on sale. I bought a few items off of that rack and they convinced me to buy my nephew a pair of shoes as well. Not only were all of the associates extremely helpful and nice, but they managed to keep the store clean and organized. I went into 3 other shoe stores in the mall and shoe palace had the best staff and was cleanest store by far!”
