“One of the cutest village in Newport Beach. It's nestled by the Lido Marina, where one can see fancy yachts. High end boutique stores for all needs, designers clothes, hand bags, bridal needs etc. One can go for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just snacks with plenty of cafes and restaurants in the village. If someone wants do something water-bound, then one rent a tiny boat on hourly basis and enjoy views of the marina from the water. They decorate the village, year round with relevant themes!”

“The worst REI I’ve been to. Three out of four store associates we asked for help were rude and/or uncommunicative. The only one that was helpful also seemed like everything and everyone was a chore. The last associate gave so much attitude and was so unhelpful, that I am now completely out of a product I have already paid for, and need to just…Sit and wait and hope that the online team was able to fix the store associate’s mistake in re-routing the replacement. I only gave the one star because we were able to find most things we wanted this visit. On top of the weird employees and their collective disdain for everyone that walks through the doors, the store is just way more cramped and oddly laid out than any other REI I’ve been to. Like other reviewers have said, just a very odd experience.”

“DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are not in the business of selling guns!! They are in the business of keeping 30% of your deposit! Because they can't fill out your paperwork or purposely mess it to keep your deposit when it comes back undetermined! Shame on you Turner's!! They will not make the release call! I went down the street to RIFLEGEAR down the street with no problems other then TURNER'S SCAMMED ME!! Turner's dosen't sell guns they keep deposits, don't belive me? They don't let you pay in full people, they want the 30% free money for their incompetence!.... I learned my lesson the hard way! To top it off Those people didn't even order the right gun.... RIFLEGEAR had the gun I wanted in-stock!”

“Legendary Southern California sandal shop making world’s best sandals! I’ve been wearing their sandals for at least 8 plus years and they are still going strong. They aren’t cheap but well made, rigid comfortable flip flops. I stoped by the other day hoping to find a deal and ended up picking up a same pair that I’m wearing till this day, Holoholo rubber sandals. There is a small section where they have imperfection sandals for discounted price. Staffs are helpful, coastal beach vibes. Right off of Hwy 5, easy access with parkings right in front of the shop. Highly recommend! 4.6/5 ⭐️”

“Placed an online order for a Cotopaxi backpack on 12/7. Never received a confirmation. Called the vendor was told something was wrong with their computer system and for me to place the order again. I placed the order again on 12/9, received confirmation email but never received the product. Called the company 5 times, finally spoke to a manager and was told he couldn’t do anything and for me to call back and speak to the lady who’s taking care of the online orders. I also left my phone number so they could follow up with me. Well, it’s 12/21 and no one from the vender returned my call. My Order status is probably in outer space somewhere… I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from Gear Coop online. There’s absolutely zero customer service and no accountability from employees.”

“I recently visited El Vaquero - The Cowboy Store, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Upon entering the store, there was no one available to assist us for a whole 10 minutes, which was quite frustrating. When an employee finally arrived, she seemed disinterested and ignored our presence. When we finally asked for assistance in finding a shoe size, she proceeded to do nothing for a good 5 minutes, making us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, when we inquired about the time it would take to retrieve the shoes we wanted, she simply walked away without providing any information. We waited patiently for another 10 minutes without any sign of her returning. This experience left us feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening when basic customer service, such as helping customers find the right size or informing them about wait times, is neglected. The employee appeared unhappy and miserable, which further added to the unpleasant atmosphere. I hope that El Vaquero - The Cowboy Store takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all customers.”

Best decision ever, the two very friendly people at the front desk immediately wanted to help me with my issue and I could tell they were experts with all things airsoft.
