“i grew up in this store from the day it’s doors opened. i had such amazing experiences every time i went and i hate to see it close. i even dreamed to work here one day. i used to go almost every week because my brother played hockey at memorial. some employees knew me by name. i would watch the employees open and close the store through the windows at my brothers hockey practices when it wasn’t open. i bought so many of my dolls here, i had my birthday here, and went every January first to get the girl of the year. i have nothing but love and nostalgia for this place. it had so many loyal customers like me and closing it due to mall renovations really saddens me. i hope the company reconsiders but in the meantime, thank you so much for the 10 amazing years, it made my childhood the best it could’ve ever been.”

“First time in the store and I was treated very nice. I was not sure of the reception I'd get, but as soon as I walked in a very sweet Hispanic man greated me as he walked out helping another customer. I thought that was wonderful. Then another employee came and waited on me, helping me and answering EVERY QUESTION I had. He was awesome! I wish I got his name. Great service. I'm going to tell others, in Beaumont, where they can go to get nice Big and Tall clothes. Thanks so much!”

“I was there on Black Friday and usually you lower your expectations because no one has time to go out of their way and make sue customers have the best experience but this person (forgot to ask his name) was so approachable and ready to help that I even forgot it's was the busiest time of the year for them. He helped me find the comparable style I was looking for. When I couldn't find my size on the floor he even went in the back to get me the right size. It only took me 10 - 15 minutes in the store and I walked out with these running shoes for on $29.99. Now that's a bargain.”

“Awesome place with a great selection and quality service! Sales reps are all real nice and the store is a beautiful place to shop. Store has a fantastic selection of boots and apparel too. Don’t do what I did and drive by it though. It’s connected to Escalante’s and it’s tough to see the sign when driving by. Highly recommend!”
