“Located in Woolloongabba, they have plenty of parking in front of the store so you don't need to worry about the parking when you get there. It is a very dangerous shop for divers, surfers or any sea activities lover. Plenty of stuff is selling inside. They have almost everything. Friendly staff, you can always ask them whenever you need any help. Overall it is a great store to get your equipment. And it can be very dangerous to your wallet as well as you will end up getting a lot of stuff that you didn't plan to buy.”

“Truly the best music shop I’ve been to in Brisbane. They have such good range in supply and the customer service is phenomenal. The staff are so attentive and passionate about what they do. After a not so pleasant guitar repair at another music shop, I went to riffs and licks and they took care of my instrument better than I left it. I swore there were more scratches when I left my guitar there, but when I came to pick it up, it was all polished away. Definitely making riffs and licks my go to music shop from now on. Thanks guys!”

“Poor quality, poor customer service and lacking morals. Shop elsewhere. Purchased a bat for my son in July 2023. With minimal net use after a month a crack appeared in the toe. Whack sports offered to repair if we paid for return postage which we did. On receiving the repaired bat back my son then used it for a further month before excessive damage appeared (toe of the bat tore apart). As my son was now playing comp. cricket we needed a bat and purchased a new one. I requested a refund from Whack Sports (bat was used in total for about 2 months). Cricket stores in Melbourne agreed there is a fault in the willow of the bat and repair would only be a bandaid fix. Whack Sports terms and conditions that ‘damage to the toe of the bat is not covered under warranty’ is invalid in respect to Australian Consumer Laws. As per other customers reviews, Whack Sports have failed to respond to all emails once a refund was requested. The matter will now be heard at VCAT. Disappointing experience but lesson learnt.”

“Amazing family owned garden centre, all the plants here are in amazing health, I worked at a garden centre fir five years so I know when someone is doing it right, and this is the best I’ve seen in years of looking. You know it’s a great garden centre when there’s a large stainless bench for potting up plants right beside the outside till, with all the essentials for doing it the right way. The prices of all plants are terrific, cheaper and better than the bigger chains. The quality and selection of seedlings is exceptional and they have some of the most amazing plant pots I’ve ever seen. These guys have great taste and knowledge in gardening, I highly recommend a visit if you love gardening.”

“This is a review to warn people to be cautious when buying products from Umart. Make sure to be 100 percent ( if that is even possible ) with your product purchase, because if you buy the wrong thing and attempt to return it they will turn you away with excuses like Umart does not accept a “change of mind”, and to sell the item on “Facebook Marketplace or something” yeah cool I’ll just go ahead and do that. Better idea is to get your computer products from Amazon.”

“The staff were very helpful. I did ask a question at the counter before I went into the store and started my shopping. When I got to an area I was standing there for maybe 15 seconds and then had a completely different stuff. Member come up to me and ask me if they could help me with anything. I said that I was trying to spend 2x $100 vouchers and they helped me with selecting things that I liked so that it only cost me an additional $0.89 so they did a great job helping. I would definitely recommend going to this store. They have done this level of service multiple times now for me. The previous time I had $500 worth of vouchers, They assisted greatly with a wide selection of different types of drinks from beers, spirits and all different sorts of wines.”
