“We went in to buy the furniture for the new apartment that my partner and I had bought. The treatment at first was very good, then the problem arises when you buy the furniture and it has to be delivered to your home. First, it tells you within a month and a half, and part of the furniture, specifically the sofa and the dining room chairs, arrive within three months, and not only that, but a part of the sofa and a seat of A chair arrives damaged, from there it takes another month to bring the defective parts. We thought it was all over when after three months, all the dining room chairs are cracked, ash chairs at €119 each. We don't even use those chairs, there are two of us at home and they are only used on the rare occasions when we receive visitors. As a result, we complained asking for our money back, to which they refused and told us that they would change the 4 chairs, something we reluctantly accepted just to avoid getting into trouble. This time it only takes them a month to make them, and what is our surprise when they arrive and all of them, without exception, have transport dents and sags in the paint. Finally after almost 8 months, we are without dining room chairs. I will not think of buying there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.”
