“We went to this retailer to get the best possible advice, given the need for a sofa with a resistant fabric having two cats. Unfortunately, we were recommended a decidedly UNSUITABLE microfibre, as it is a kind of velvet, which gets scratched just by sitting on it and we were forced to cover the entire sofa within 5 minutes of delivery. On the advice of the consultant who followed us, we contacted customer service who replied that the marks were scratches made by pets, a therefore useless and inadequate response, given the extreme clarity of our request. The recommended fabric is ABSOLUTELY not adequate for our needs, given that the scratches only appear if the cat sits on the sofa or if we have a button on the back of the trousers. This obvious inexperience of the consultant has led us to spend a lot of money on a sofa that now needs to be covered and on which we have to be extremely careful to sit. Not to mention delivery and assembly which had been requested by us separately for the two products purchased and which were instead made at a single time for a cost of €320, not respecting the contract and mocking us on an alleged discount applied if we purchased the two products in the same order. Definitely disappointing!”

After selecting width and lenght for 2 curtains, I expected to receive 160cm wide curtains, instead received 140cm of material, with an explanation that it is the width of the rail that is chosen during ordering. So I ended up with standard curtains that I could have bought anywhere for the fraction of the price. They refused to accept return. Bad service and tax on fools!”

“Beautiful peaceful gardens where you are able to walk through and enjoying nature in its own detailed biological glory. The shop is nice with a great product range of herbs, spices en vegetables. There's a cute bench outside where I left my man while I was shopping and he didn't complain at all 😉 he actually liked it there he said! When you are in the neighborhood, you should really stop by for a visit to this pretty place!”

“We interrupted the girl at the reception/cashdesk from scrolling on her phone to ask her if she could scan one dog jacket to see if there is size 55 available, as at the jacket section in was very messy. She just replied that whatever they have available is out there. I then told her there is a big mess there and it’s not normal to expect the customer to search there for a long time without even knowing if the item is available. Disturbed, she responded that she knows it is a mess there but it is the customers who create that mess 😂 I told her that between the 2 of us, she (and her colleagues) are the ones getting paid to maintain the store, so it’s absurd to ask me to go and search for it there. She was very offended and didn’t bother to check in the computer if the item is available, she repeated and repeated that everything they have in stock is exposed. Completely missed the point that all I am asking is to check the inventory and tell me if the size is available so I won’t be wasting my time searching for it if it’s not even available. She couldn’t be bothered but also didn’t say it’s not possible to check the stock (most likely was afraid that if the size is available, she will have to go and find it in that mess) This kind of shop sellers need to be sent back to customer service training to learn how to listen to a question and respond with empathy. She even had the audacity to ask me to go and put back the item on the shelf and got irritated when I said that unfortunately her attitude makes me be that customer who leaves the item at the cashdesk. Horrendous experience in a pet store where you’d expect to find some of the kindest seller.”
