“As always, Ruetz is a great bakery. The fact that there’s a lovely outside playground included makes this a perfect stop to enjoy your coffee and a pastry outside of the city hectics. Inside is spacious as well, welcoming a longer stay to enjoy the daily newspaper. Minor feedback though: There were some wasps inside and around the pastries, which weren’t removed, expecting they were there for quite some time..”

“I had a mixed experience trying to get passport photos done for a toddler. I appreciate the patience of the photographer while we waited for my toddler to stop crying, and then trying to make some photos that would fit the criteria. However the problem occurred when I tried to show and explain the team the application criteria to stamp and date the photo. They were not receptive and did not consider the criteria information, stamped the back across all 4 photos and applied their standard officiating sticker with the date written. I tried to explain and show them the criteria, but was told this is how they do things, and I can always just leave and not buy the photos. I asked to talk with their manager in hopes someone will just take a look at the instructions from the passport application, and maybe try to get the info on the back of one photo. The manager appeared and said right away without any consideration that is how they do things and I should go to a real photographer who can follow those instructions. Honestly I just spent almost an hour there calming my toddler enough to get the photo done, and all they had to do was to take a look at the instructions that I printed out. Basically I think the team can improve by learning to listen better.”
