“It’s a shame. The store is always full so there must be something good about it. As you can see, the reviews are always positive. However, I passed the store today and it was empty. 3 sales persons and one other client, so I thought, bingo. I was interested to purchase a pair of on running shoes. Not because of running but because I see many people have them and those who I spoke to are very happy. So I was interested in a blue or white pair. Instead of assisting me, the tall guy was very abrupt when I asked him if there is a blue option, the answer was like. It's there. (I know there are other ones as my friend has one and I could not see it as I wanted that specific one) After I asked for the price, the communication stopped. (Maybe he thought it would be to expensive for me) No question asked why I wanted this specific brand? Explaining what the different is between the different models. Explaining about the fabric. Or even let me try a pair. I was about to still buy a pair but thought, no, I am not gonna leave my money here, sorry. In the passed I have done mystery shopping for big luxurious brands so don't get me wrong I know what I am talking about. As I stood there and looking at the other shoes that did not interested me. (cause I wanted to give them a second chance) The gentleman was talking to his colleague and they were discussing about there holiday days which they still had to take. Nor the lady or guy asked me any question, so I had to leave. A shame, maybe I don't look like a runner or maybe have money but you if you are continuing like this your gonna loose potential customers and money. Ps: I am only writing this cause I can see the owner takes his business serious, cause he always replies on each post.”

“This was my second visit to Apollo in 4 years. They still had all my records from last time. I had lost the last set of glasses from them sadly - I had never had seen so well as with that set of glasses! The Apollo team is very competent assessing what type of glasses are needed - better than the eye doctor in Singapore where I live. They are patient and super friendly. I had toyed with getting some fancy frames in Berlin, but their process was so complicated - difficult about making an appointment etc. At Apollo you can just walk in - they are happy to have you as a customer and will try their very best to be accommodating. Highly, highly recommended!”
