“The communication with auto responses and agents are a hard-work. The conversation always comes back to the beginning and once you’ve got a hold on to an agent they will deactivate/discontinue your conversation within 5minutes which is a total waste of time (and you need to go back to the same sequence). I think customer service could be improved. Proper instructions in booking reservations should been included, clear and consistent.”

The staffs their has made sure we were sanitized before and after the kiddie and big rides. Video games as usual was pretty awesome. I hope you are aware it is E tickets once you win from games, the no. of tickets won will be entered into your card automatically. Tip: always take them to play area in the last, so that they get tired 😅. My kids definitely enjoyed there and will go back again frequently to use the play area membership thats valid for a month.”

“This is one of the largest shoe stores I have been in. They have such a wide range of brands. Any brand you are looking for they will have and some. I like the there are stores within the shoe store as well as a coffee shop and a place for kids to play. I will say that the shoes are typically normal price, did not see many discounts. There were a few shoes that did not look authentic to me so make sure to double check.”

My son has severe food allergies which make him sensitive to nearly everything, so he is meticulous and cautious with everything that he eats as everything has to be super fresh. Since discovering them a while back, his happiness and health has only gone upward! Now we buy all our meat from CarniStore, because not only are their meats fresh and healthy, they also have an amazing service with 100% dedication to please their customers. I personally love their minced mixed offal burgers- my perfect fuel for after training. “I understand this is Dubai and people are free to wear whatever they want. But to allow people to walk with a bikini inside the shopping mall isn't ethical, this place is not a beach nor a swimming pool.The Mall management should review their dressing policy inside the Mall and put some rules for those who wants to enter the mall with their bikini or naked. Another thing I saw a guy who spat on the floor while he was walking inside Dubai mall, this is disgusting and these types of behavior should never be allowed and they should be handed a broom and mop right away to clean their own dirt. I hope you will take these suggestions into a consideration. Thanks”
