“Very unorganized sales persons - I will never come back I was told to wait even though there were 3 salespersons doing "almost" nothing (they were arranging some labels and some glaces) and after 15 minutes, the person who told me to wait, just left the store and went home. of course the store got full with other customers and I was totally forgot in my corner :) I can say it was funny in a way :) Even though I live in Uster, I will never come back to this store again.”

I have finally call them and the person on the line was very very rude, saying that it was better to cancel because they can't help me, that they never reply to my emails because they went to spam and they don't check spam.. I am really sad on how low the customer service is and how they are not client orientated. I ask the delay of my order and their answer was" could be one week or 2 months, but better cancel" very very dissented”

Definitely competing with Yoojis for the best sushi in Zurich, but I feel like Globus sushi is a bit expensive.
