“Today was my first time ever visiting you this location and let me tell you I had a wonderful experience from talking to the produce associate Chris, to speaking to Cody about some produce that wasn't so favorable to the eye but none-the-less everything was handily in a timely and professional manner to even checking out with Michael he made sure that everything was scanned and correctly price I definitely appreciate him go above and beyond to make sure that our final transaction with the store was wonderful. But the downfall that I had was from leadership Kevin, Kevin Kane and approach the situation not so professionally at a customer standpoint Michael apparently scan the deli chicken twice and he wanted to make sure that the customer was not charged twice and like I said greatly appreciated. Kevin took it as if we didn't even want it at all and that was not the case I felt as if he was rushing through the process and and did not take empathy very well for new sales associate but nevertheless will return thank you all for a great visit”

The moment I walked in I was welcomed, I told them I was looking for den furniture and was pointed in the right direction and told to let them know if they could answer any questions for me. They allowed me to browse without any pressure. After a while, Cothee came up to me to be sure I was finding the furniture I had in mind. I began asking questions . She was so helpful and patient with me as I narrowed down my final decisions. I’m excited about my new furniture!!! Will I shop again with American Oak and More? You got it!! “What a great, local grocery store!! We hit the jackpot with this place. Sale on (amazing) ruby red shrimp brought us in. The shrimp were excellent but the store was packed with so much more from sauces and spices to an incredibly stocked deli. Super friendly workers as well.”

“I had the best experience at Ashley of Mobile with the Home Furnishings Consultant, Dylan Golden. I came in to look at a sofa set that I had been thinking about for awhile. Sad to say, the set was no longer available. Dylan spent a lot of quality time with me as we browsed the store looking for something different. After an hour are so, we came upon the perfect set. It had all the features that I had been looking for! I knew what I wanted and had finally found it. Because of his kindness and patience I found the set of my dreams! “I drove almost two hours to purchase a rifle and a scope combo from Van’s. I’d called earlier in the day and had them hold a rifle for me. After arriving close to 5:30pm, I waited for someone to help me for about five minutes. (Only one customer at the gun counter). A gentleman came over and asked if I wanted to see anything. I told him that I had called earlier but I wanted to also look at another rifle. He handed me the rifle and walked away. I looked at the rifle, then waited, and waited…. Laid the rifle on the counter and walked out. Fast forward several days and I just walked out of a certain sporting goods store in Bessemer with a $6,590 combo. I actually saved $425 too. Really awesome place but if I can’t receive top notch service I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.”

“The store is a little higher than some but they do offer specials, the quality and quantity of products is great. The store is very clean and has a calm atmosphere about it due to their fantastic employees attitudes! I mean they all can't seem to do enough to help make it a good experience for you and have genuine smiles. Oh and did I mention they have a great deli where you can pick out your meats from a huge collection ? I mean theirs even kinds you don't see in other delis at all..”

“BAM (5 Stars) JOE MUGGS (-10 stars) I Loved everything about Books a Million but the coffee shop. My husband threw his black coffee out as soon as we hit the door and I ordered a small chai latte that was like a cup of LAVA. It was so damn hot It burned my tongue and by the time I could taste it, the cup was 1/2 empty because it was mostly foam. The Chai Latte was also FLAVORLESS and tasted like warm water with a splash of milk. BAM you need to FIRE the 2 kids in JOE MUGGS and get real Baristas, then you would be the Best Book store ever.”

“I own a condo out at Fort Morgan. I have found that Paris Ace Gulf Shores has most of the items I need for household repair. I have found the associates that work here very knowledgeable about the things I ask for. The convenient location at the corner of Gulf Shores Parkway and Fort Morgan road saves me at least 25 miles or 45 minutes round trip since I don't have to go up to Foley to buy my household repair items. The folks are all friendly and willing to help you navigate the store. These guys are amazing with a surprisingly complete selection of items to get your DIY repairs done. Thanks guys for maintaining the highest level of customer service.”
