Ainslie is a bit distant from my suburb, so I don't always shop here, but when I need something special or have the extra time, I will always travel here to shop.”

“I’ve got a few Mont items now and they are well made and dependable. Here’s my Tanami 60L pack during a recent multi-week hike. The tracks were challenging and my pack copped some wear and tear. Seeing as it was 6 months old, Mont after sales service in Canberra agreed to make some repairs free of charge. Service staff answered calls and sorted out the repairs. Fantastic company to deal with.”

“Had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the most disinterested, unhelpful Big W staff member behind the electronics counter in the afternoon of 31 December. The male staff member could not have cared less about my queries regarding a game console, and just stood there, offering no advice or input while I googled the answers instead. As a result of the poor customer service I purchased the console elsewhere. I note that another reviewer, Sable Mallard, had a similar experience in the electronics section recently.”

Doesn't have the variety that Coles down the mall has, so if you're okay with limited selection of food and household stuff, then I'd recommend coming here. I live just a short walk from the mall, Aldi makes my money stretch much longer than what Coles and Woolies would do.”
