“Its good to have such a convenient supermarket. The layout is quite spacious compared to some. Generally the staff are helpful. Maybe just a reminder to staff, that “cough, sneeze or yawn please cover your mouth/nose”. Just having a wide open yawn in my face, was a reminder of the importance of regular updates on staff training/development. Update 16/10/23 Product range and accessibility is good. Prices are reasonable. I find the “Deli” staff to be pleasant, professional and prompt. Regardless of the many other tributes on here, I find the service in the “fast” lane a real mixed bag. I have found some casual staff to be very good. They smile, have a greeting and attend to the customer. On my visit today, I again encountered an older staff member, who seems to serve as a supervisor as well. As much as the casuals know how to serve, some regular staff, like this person, consistently display none of the casual staff skills. Hey we are talking basic manners here, not being servile! Make eye contact. Greet the customer. Maybe smile occasionally. Overall it’s a decent place to shop!”

“Everytime I come here on multiple occasions to buy the 15ltr lightweight cat litter the shelves are always empty. I went on the weekend and shelves are empty then went back on Monday afternoon and the shelve is still empty. Woolworths in Holywood Plaza is way better their shelves are never empty anytime of the day even on weekend.”

“A good place to buy my lunch I work not too far from city cross. BUT I have noticed a few people have mentioned about those disabled pensioners they talk loudly and arguing I totally agree, that group should be banned. I have also seen them at the Myer centre food court.”

“A great little shop to get all those German goodies at quite reasonable prices. (Strangely comparable to the German Christmas markets). Location and Layout: (5/5) Smack on the main road makes it easy to access and get to. The store from outside looks small, but when inside it is laid out well with a center billing area and all the sections around making it easy to navigate even with more people. Assortment: (4/5) A really great range of products to choose from. Love the fact that it is Christmas all year round for some of the sections. They also have the Swiss cow bells if you fancy. They do have cuckoo clocks which are really well made. We picked one up and are very happy with it. Packed well for long journeys as well. Service: (5/5) Excellent, the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything that is in the store. They were helpful with choosing and packing things well. Summary: (4.5/5) All in all a great little store to visit and pick things up in especially around the Christmas season.”

“Such a beautiful ring! Love the diamond and special hidden halo! We have been so happy with Class A jewellers, the whole experience was perfect! The staff were friendly, helpful and experienced and were able to help guide us with our ring choices. When ordering our engagement ring, the wonderful staff found out we were heading overseas for my brother’s wedding, so they were able to ensure the ring was ready before we went away. We picked up the beautiful ring the day before we left - the text message after we left was a lovely personal touch as well! Looking forward to picking out our wedding rings with Class A when we’re ready!”
