“The sale part of this deal was good. The salesman any all of our questions and we ended up purchasing our new hot tub that day. One of the reasons we did purchase that day (we really weren’t planning on buying that day) was because the salesman (I can’t remember his name) told us that somebody from the store would be following up with us to make sure we didn’t have any questions, and to make sure we knew how to work the chemicals. I thought that is a nice touch that the store follows up on every sale. We’ve had the tub for going on 3 weeks now and it’s a good thing that I do have hot tub experience because nobody from the store has followed up with us.”

“Triangle grocery has gone way down hill since new ownership. Empty, or almost empty shelves, what's there is expired or soon to expire. So very disappointing. Was happy to give a locally owned business my business but they have lost it. Not sure why they are wasting money putting in a pharmacy when people have nothing to shop for. So very sad.”

“One of the managers, named Alan, is incredibly rude and not helpful. Not sure how he became a manager with his attitude towards customers. Explaining my issues with some products I was sold, and he was blowing me off the entire time. He refused to give me his store manager's number, and gave me the online sales phone number when I asked for a corporate customer relations number. Taking this to the GM next, and if she can't fix it, I'm done with Dillard's.”
