“I made a reservation for the chef's choice course, but the inside of the restaurant was cold, the air conditioning wasn't working, the floors didn't seem to have been cleaned, and the seats I was shown to were not fully booked, especially in the corner, even though they charge a fee. It feels strange even though it's not there. I don't drink alcohol, so I ordered water, but the wine glasses were dirty, and one was so dirty that the floor clerk hurriedly replaced it. The first appetizer that came out was also eaten with a spoon that had not been thoroughly cleaned, and the third fish dish was served on a plate, but it was covered in oil. The fourth wagyu beef dish was not thoroughly cleaned and had water stains on it, which made me lose my appetite, and I started to feel angry. When making the reservation, I informed them that I was celebrating my wife's birthday. I was trying to hold back because I thought it was my wife's birthday, but I was overwhelmed with the feeling of having ruined it, so I was at the limit of my patience and pointed out the parts that I couldn't reach. When a chef's choice course is so sloppy, it calls into question his qualifications as a chef. I don't know about lunch, but I can only respond if I'm heartless and arrogant. Only floor staff will be available to assist you in the parking lot. It's such a shame that I wonder if it's because there are no competing stores in this area that it's safe, but in Tokyo, it only gets a bad reputation. I have written my comment honestly, but I hope it will be taken seriously and improved. The comment score is one star, which is close to zero. In the end, I think all of my mindset as a chef is reflected in the food that is served. I wanted the chefs to think about how they would feel and think if they were in the opposite position.”
