“This afternoon I went to the store to buy my husband's birthday gift and I picked out some sneakers and when I went to the checkout, the cashier charged me $10 more than what was on the label of the shoe and when I asked her to fix it, she called the manager and when she came, she was very rude and said that people change the boxes (not you! Guys, she clarified) and after getting to the shoe area and waiting more than 10 minutes, she confirmed that the price was 10 more than the label. But she refused to fix the store's mistake and let me go without my husband present.”

“We did Candlefish as a birthday activity and it was okay. I don't think it's worth the money and the candle doesn't really smell all that much. I understand it's different and won't have as strong of a smell as store-bought ones, but it's very minimal for paying $65. One of our girls in the group opened their candle the next day after pick-up with a break in the container. We had a student named Abby as our instructor and her commentary could have been a little more professional. Overall, it just wasn't worth the price for the experience.”

“Nice selection of sale table items in a store virtually devoid of any other shoppers. The customer service staff and disinterested Manager on Duty were unable to assist with a simple warrantee return issue - which the manufacturer's website states they should have been able to accomplish. Curiously, even the commission based sales staff were completely unknowledgeable and unhelpful! It has been quite awhile since I have shopped in this store and see no reason to return.”

“I have had one of the best customer service today with Mary and Lisa. I had to do a return from one of their other stores. Lisa was super nice and told me that managers approval was needed. Mary took care of everything within minutes with the most pleasant attitude. She pointed out that there were similar shoes on sale, walked me to the aisle and helped me find the right size by measuring my foot. I didnt know that feet change with age. I'll be back soon!”

“One of my favorite places to visit when we go to Charleston. My Mom and I would get several cheeses, olives and meats and munch on it in our hotel. We always tried something new when we went. There are so many fun cheeses to choose! I lost my Mom this past June and it breaks my heart that I can't take her again. BUT I thank you for the memories I have with her.
