Once at counter the older male rang my order and wasn’t giving me my first time patient discount. Which he stated” you already have an account with us”!! Which does not mean anything because in your system you would be able to tell if I purchased from there before. After this ordeal I was already turned off but gave them the benefit of the doubt just for the simple fact I wanted to try new products. I go to atm to retrieve cash and come back to a final total of not even close to a 50% discount. No longer wanting to continue I walked away…I almost felt profiled (which I can be wrong but “ijs”.”

“Guest service Lazy, unhelpful workers. Store was dead and had a pick up order taking too long and one was already ready. so went in to grab it instead of walking 10 feet and grabbing the two products and scanning them that’s all they had to do. They made me cancel my whole order and go and grab it with a screaming baby cause they’re sick and I needed it quick. unbelievable how lazy and unhelpful they are.”

“My pups are mix breeds different hair types different sizes and there was no choice for them to get better price for grooming also I asked for simple bathing nail trim and saw online 1 price and was charged almost 3 times that I just came back to edit as I believe my dog possibly got bacterial ear infections after the visit as they did an ear wash after I had stated not to they infact did many things I asked not I asked to clip not grind the dog nails they told me they used the grinder I asked them to not blow dry as my senior dogs had never that service and both dogs don't like the sound of a vacuum so I knew it would be traumatic. the day we had the appointment it was warm.”
