“So I just posted this on the Walmart corporate website since no one ever answers the phone and thought I'd share here also..... I did grocery pickup at the neighborhood Walmart in Central on Hooper Rd on Monday. I understand that they hold extra amount for substitutions and I'm alright with it. Usually the charge for the groceries goes through and the money held doesn't post to my account. Well, this time the amount for the groceries ($82) posted to my account and then the amount of the groceries and the hold amount totalling $123 posted to my account. Not pending, but posted as in withdrawn. I called and after listening to the phone ring for 12 minutes I called the number on the sign in the pick up parking spot that I called Monday. The gentleman that answered was polite and understanding and got a manager for me. Brittany is the manager who answered the phone and I was cut off quickly while explaining for her to tell me that she couldn't refund my money. I tried to explain that refunding money had not been a problem before, but was cut off by Brittany again to reiterate that she couldn't refund me. I told her that I understand that the customer is not always but the store is not always right either and that as a manager she did at least owe me the courtesy of hearing me out rather than cutting me off and she laughed at me! She did not show the maturity someone in management should have or at least the decency to hide her laughter. She disrespectfully laughed at me after disrespectfully not allowing me to voice my concerns about the fact that she repeatedly told me that she couldn't refund my money. Walmart is a huge conglomerate making millions off of the hardworking people in this country so I don't know who all will see this post, but I deserve to be treated with respect if I am being respectful, which I was. I absolutely deserve to have my money refunded! Lastly, Walmart, as a whole, not just the one store where this incident happened, needs to own their lack of professionalism and lack of proper training for management position s as well as their accounting errors. I am demanding an apology from Walmart and the manager Brittany who was so rude and disrespectful and that my money be refunded as soon as possible”

“Don't get into their compressed gas cylinder scam. I paid almost $400.00 for a #3 cylinder and thought the instore swap would be easy. Well, it isn't for the fact there is not a store in 30 miles of the Zachary La. store that ever has full cylinders or an employee that would know. I now have to take my $400 cylinder to Baton Rouge and drop it off, then go back a couple of days later to pick it up.”

“I LOVE this store. There's always cool stuff here. They have the best selection of nice outdoor furniture and a healthy selection of high-end BBQ pits! If you have to get a gift for someone and have no idea what to get or where to start, go here! They stock a lot of items by local artists like hand painted glassware and a big selection of funky LSU/Saints paraphernalia. They have everything you need for crawfish boils, tailgating parties, they have entire outdoor kitchens, cool kitchen gadgets, bird feeders, windchimes, other patio decor stuff.... Its also one of the only places I know of that will "refill" your propane tank, meaning, top it off, instead of swapping it out. You know how sometimes you have like a third of a tank of propane and you don't want to risk it going empty on you when you're in the middle of bbq-ing, but you don't want to swap out a tank thats a third full..... Well, for like half the price you can top off your tank. They also offer assembly and delivery of BBQ pits. Its taken me like 6 hours to assemble a bbq pit in the past. I bought a bbq pit for my boyfriend once for his birthday and they delivered it fully assembled, it took them like 5 minutes to get it off the truck and up the driveway. My boyfriend was taking a nap at the time and slept right through it so when he woke up, BAM! Giant BBQ pit ready to go - like it just fell out of the sky. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about every product they sell.There's always someone that will ask if you need any help finding anything. Just come check this place out, you won't be disappointed.”

“We have been to this store numerous times over the years! We love the jewelry for ourselves as well as for giving gifts. We were ALWAYS told there were lifetime replacements for defects, etc....I had a necklace broken a few years ago and they did not hesitate to put the stone in a new necklace. They did it on the spot too! This is one of the main reasons we own so much Kendra Scott jewelry. Today I brought 2 necklaces in for basically the same thing & they refused to replace or to stand behind what we were told when we bought the necklaces. I was offered 15% off more new ones!! I cant stand false promises from companies I'm loyal too. I not only came in to have 2 necklace chains replaced, but also to buy another necklace with an emerald /dark green stone. My daughter was in labor at womans hospital with my 1st grandchild at that moment. I already knew the perfect gift for her would be a necklace from her favorite store closely matching the babys birthstone. My daughters, their friends, and I will no longer shop here. So I left with 2 broken chains that I came in with, thats it!! This is a terrible way to conduct business! I'm very easy and fair when submitting reviews. But ive bought so much from here and suddenly without warning they tell me this! Just very disappointed!! This store is located in Baton Rouge, LA in Perkins Rowe shopping center”
