“The manager Janet helped us right away and fast!! We are from Dallas and were heading down to Galveston to get on the Carnival Cruise ship for my daughters wedding and I as the father of the bride forgot my suits back home so I needed a suit FAST because we had to board the ship! We were there right when they opened and Janet helped us right away to get all the pieces for the suit and she was just wonderful and SUPER helpful overall!! We were all stressing and she was able to calm us down and get everything we needed! I want to thank the store Manager Janet for helping us so very last minute, we really appreciated it!! It was a wonderful wedding and I had something to wear to my daughter’s wedding all thanks to you!! Thank you so much!!! My family and I really appreciate everything you did that day for us!!”

“Service quality is on a rapid downhill slide. My last visit mid-day mid-week found not a single checker and they closed a bank of self check registers leaving a long line to join the line at the other group of registers. After waiting and checking out my groceries, with at least 3 employees watching, I went to the customer service counter to express my concerns but it was also unmanned. I asked a store employee to see the manager and she told me to go to customer service. I explained that no one was there but she didn't offer to page or assist. So instead of a private conversation with a manager I'm posting my displeasure publicly. Wake up Kroger!”
