“Wow, apparently Michaels has changed their return policy recently and you cannot return an open item. I spent $151 here last night. Well, technically more because I bought another frame that was clearly opened because it was wrapped in clear plastic and had a sticky note on it with the sku handwritten but because of this the associate had to ring it up on a separate register. The $151 receipt is in the photo attached to this review. I’m one of the few people left I guess that likes to buy photo frames in person since it feels like Michaels is one of the only places left to find a plethora of these in store. I bought 2 float frames in the mixture of frames last night and opened one when I returned home to find out the mount wouldn’t work on my wall. So when I came back today for the return I was very surprised to find out it couldn’t be returned. I hadn’t used it - it just had no plastic on it. I literally just purchased a very clearly returned frame last night. It’s a $13.59 frame so I’m not really out. LOL. But seriously Michaels- in a time where brick and mortar retail is dwindling and everyone is going online- are you really willing to lose the last of your customers who still want to shop in person?”

“Loved loved loved it. We were told this was the 1st Homestead Garden location! It's HUGE!! I really liked it there. They have jewelry, clothes, kids toys, an entire pet section, a fire pit outside and incredible trees galore!!! The employees were friendly and the train garden was pretty impressive too. “I love The Vape Pad. When I moved to the Bowie area last year, I needed a vape shop, as I was used to going to my own favorite ones back home. Found this one because I wanted a store that could also do same-day delivery. I'm proud to say I've gotten to know the owner well, and this store is absolutely amazing. High quality and premium products, extremely knowledgeable staff, a very clean and well-maintained store...and also a great place to just hang out and shoot the breeze if you want to. I truly think, unlike chain stores, this store offers customers a more personalized and unique experience. If you complain about the prices, then you're probably used to buying subpar products and not good ones...this store only sells the best brands. I've bought new devices, juice, coils, etc. and they are all top notch here. Keep doing what you're doing, Vape Pad! You guys rock!”
