Apparently the ID of the person who's buying the alcohol is not enough. At this rate, they'll stop selling to people who come in with kids. Horrible and outright stupid staff.”

“Went yesterday to purchase a cross trainer, Just wanted a bit more information about the cross trainer that was on display. So walked into the store it was very quite, so I got onto the crosstrainer for about 5 minutes looking and trying it out. Noticed two staff members just talking to each other. So I went to the front counter and asked one of the ladies there could someone help regarding the cross trainer. She did not seem interested one bit in what I said, She said the guy at the back of the store can he can help, I said which guy, She said the guy wearing the black top. Im thinking to myself don't all rebel employees wear wear black tops. So we just walked out and went to the point cook store which they very helpfull. Went to the front desk and they called someone straight away. Unfortunately the episode we had at WERRIBEE plaza put me off Rebel sport. We have been shopping there for a very long time. We ended up going to another retailer and purchased a cross trainer there.”

We have purchased a lot of the big games for outdoors (like Jenga and giant Connect 4) and people love it. It is an easy way to include people of all sorts because some can play and others can watch. “I went in with my mum and dad to try on and buy a pair of netball shoes. I was standing at the shoe section for 20 minute with my mum and an employee was standing right next to us talking to another employee; listening to them they clearly were not doing any work. Despite no one else being in the store, I was offered no help by either or the two employees and was left standing there. We left the store after 25 minutes of no help and we will be buying shoes elsewhere.”
