He was barely short of being flat-out rude and when I asked if he was doing OK he said that he was annoyed (I can only assume with me) because they were closing soon (in 25 min). I apologized for any inconvenience and he outright ignored me while he continued to ring me up. Overall not a great experience. As someone who works in the service industry, I have personal experience with his exact vibe but you never let that leak onto your customers let alone tell them you're annoyed and treating them like they are inconvenient. Not sure if I'll be back.”

“If you’re on the edge about taking a tour… DO IT. ✨🤞 I’ve been on the tour twice with different friend groups (some were out of state friends as well). Jake has been the tour guide for both and he is super passionate, knowledgeable and funny. He explains cannabis in all of its beauty in a way that is digestible for people who may not know that much about cannabis as well as for your more advanced users. He breaks down all of the different kinds of cannabis products, the grow process and the ins and outs of the cannabis industry. I also love how he explains the differences between concentrates such as live resin and live rosin. The terpenes are the most important part of anything cannabis related and he nails that down throughout the tour in the best way possible. Plus they happen to grow my favorite strain of all time called ✨orange 🍊 cookie chem✨: try it and thank me later.”
