“I recently visited this fabric shop in Kolkata and had a rather very disappointing experience. The staff, from the security personnel to the manager, was quite judgmental. The lady at counter was unwilling to show certain items saying that it’s pricey. The staff was very rude !! Each one of them Security guard was showing the board the it closes at 7.30pm though google says 8pm, he dint care to answer!! NOW ITS UPDATED TO 7.30pm The cashier was so rude that he did not even bother and straight away said that speak to the manager!! Manager did not even listen ans straight away pounced on the customer!! When asked him to listen, he was like what you want and then allowed inside!! Though I was only requesting that kindly update on google time and phone no. so that it’s easier for customers !! The staff inside was rude as well!! It would be helpful if they could improve their approach by being more attentive and be more positive to customer requests, as it would create a more welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.”
