“We had a great experience at Visions! The sales people were very helpful and took the time to answer all our questions with patience. They made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and even explained a few other options that made even more sense for our specific needs. They discounted where possible, which we greatly appreciated. I can't say enough about the customer service we received and definitely recommend this store!”

“This store closed August 19th with a note stating they closed to keep people and community safe. I understand you have to look after your colleagues and be there for them. But when people get evacuated, they leave with literally nothing. I couldn’t even get back to my house! And I really need some clothing. So, I feel this explanation is a bit of a farce and I am deeply disappointed by Lululemon for doing that. There are better ways to do this like shortening hours, stating when they would open again, have a reduced schedule, or scale down operation to be able to operate with less staff, offer additional benefits to your staff such as daily allowance if you are evacuated, help finding additional accommodation for your staff etc. also to note is that this area is not on evacuation alert currently or even an evacuation order. Disappointing. I expected much better judgment from a company like Lululemon. Also Lululemon prides itself to be integrated in the local community, to be a hub for the community, but this action shows the exact opposite. Sad.”

“I recently visited the Kelowna Ashley Home Store while looking for a new dresser for my bedroom, and I was impressed with the selection and quality of their furniture. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find the perfect piece for my space. They were patient and attentive as I browsed through the different options, and they made sure to answer all my questions about each piece. When it came time to make my purchase, the checkout process was quick and easy. The sales associate took care of everything for me, including arranging delivery. Overall, I had an excellent experience shopping at the Kelowna Ashley Home Store. Their customer service was top-notch, and their products are high-quality and reasonably priced. If you're in the market for new furniture, I highly recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed!”

“Got my first pair of rock climbing shoes here and a young man helped me try on multiple pairs with a lot of patience. I have very small feet so I got woman's shoes but he told me that woman's shoes are only different because they are more narrow. I appreciate his service and I'll definitely be going again.”

“Never busy, always cheap. It still feels like the 80s in there, but the selection and pricing is really quite good. A bit lonely feeling, but I prefer that to being packed. It feels like it's perpetually having a going-out-of-business sale, but I always find great stuff there at great prices,”

“This is a great place to shop for organic and natural products. Sometimes, this store has more options for natural products than other grocery stores in West Kelowna. However, some products can be found at the superstore for $1-$5 less. This is typically a more expensive store because it is boutique and small. If you are looking to save money, this is not the place. But if you want organic food and are willing to pay whatever price, then it's the place for you. Their grocery selection is excellent, but I think they could level up on is their customer service. One of the reasons I shop there is because it is smaller than the bigger stores like Walmart and Superstore. With its type of grocery store, you would hope their customer service is better than anywhere else. It should be one of their differentiators as they have to compete with the larger stores. I have been going there about 1-4 times a week for the last three years, and they still don't know my name. Even though I see the same staff all of the time, they act like I am a new customer every time. However, they are always friendly and kind, which I appreciate. I worked at an organic grocery store and knew all my repeat customers. I think that is one of the reasons why people wanted to shop there because we knew our regulars and didn't treat them like brand new customers every time. I guess I would expect that out of this type of store due to the size and type, but you might disagree. I do think this is a missed opportunity on their part to make connections and build loyal customers. I also had something odd happen there that surprised me. I went to purchase a product I couldn't find anywhere in West Kelowna. Unfortunately, they were all out in the fridge. I walked around the store to find someone to help me, but there wasn't anyone, so I had to go to the cash. I brought an item with me to purchase, and I wanted to ask the cashier to help me with this product. The cashier said they would call the grocery to help. Normally, the cashier would wait until the grocery comes and answers the questions before finishing the order. There were two people behind me, but instead of waiting for 30 seconds, they suspended my order and made me wait awkwardly until the next customer went through with their groceries. I'm a patient person, so I didn't mind that they wanted to help the other person, but it just didn't make sense given the situation. Then, when the grocery person came, the cashier didn't even say anything to him and kept doing the other person's order, so we were both standing there awkwardly. I think he realized that I needed help, and I realized that he was the grocery person because of the branded toque, we acknowledged each other, and he asked me what I needed help with. I asked for the item, but they didn't have it, which was okay. So then I am standing there waiting to pay for my one item. It would have taken all of 30-45 seconds to do that whole thing, and I could have paid and left. I am sure the people behind me would have been okay with it. Instead, I just left the item and the store as I felt weird about the whole thing. Working in two grocery stores that was different from how I would have handled it, and it made me feel like I wasn't important and that they didn't care to help. I would have made sure that the customer was taken care of first since they were in line first, there was no one on the floor to ask (which I mentioned), and the request was going to be quick. That was an opportunity to build customer trust and loyalty. It's not a big enough issue for me to never go there again, but it was a bit frustrating. I have always loved this store, but I might think twice now about going to a different store since we have so many other options. Whether or not they care about that, I really don't know! Overall, the store is worth visiting with all their food options. You will find many great organic, homemade, natural and organic food products that you can't find in other stores. And hopefully, you will receive excellent customer service!”
